Worst hotel I've ever been to, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Dirty rooms, bad service , low quality food, dirty pools, we had to leave to another hotel as we couldn't sleep one night in the dirty rooms, they didn't accept to refund us but we didn't mind paying extra to leave for a better hotel. Not recommended at all

Nice small resort. Relaxing atmosphere, wonderful trees and flowers all around the place. Hard working, helpful and kind staff. Very good and tasty food, variety of food choices for everyone. Rooms cleaned every day. Beach is small and a bit far from the resort, but the water is very clean and refreshing.

Personnels are all nice and kind. Food is average as per the cost. Biggest problem is that rooms are so dirty and old. I highly don't recommend people who pays attention hygiene at first. Walk distance to beach. Rooms next to pools are so uncomfortable, we changed our room after first day. Air conditions are very old and working like aircraft motors, so noisy.

The hotel is very nice, really nice. I was here in June 2022. There is a lot of greens. Here is only two- floors buildings with tiny balconies. The rooms are small too, but there is everything necessary. In my room didn’t work the fridge, I’ve informed about this problem to receptionist, but without any result, he’s only promised me to ask a master. That’s not tragedy, but not comfortable too. The food was perfect, fresh and delicious, especially sweets, tea and coffee was so so. The hotel is very clean, no reason for complaining. Also the hotel has good location. The way to the sea lasts 3-5 minutes. There is a bus stop, a supermarket and a shop area next to the hotel.

Housekeeping is very basic, bathroom dirty, toilet seat handing off, water trickles from tap, wardrobe space don’t allow for dresses to hang 26” tv no English channels Been to complain about bathroom etc nobody had any interest, we have been here a few times in the past but not again. Food is ok, all inclusive drinks very limited, house keeping constantly banging on door from 08:30. To change towels and make bed. Sorry Garden life you have let yourself down. Update Day 4 of seven No one ever came to deep clean shower, toilet seat remained broken and still just a trickle of water out of tap, terrible

They cancelled our booking ONE day before travel WITHOUT notice. They said we didnt pay - when they never ask for payment - and then didnt even give us a chance to pay when we were ready to. And I confirmed twice our reservation. So VERY poor communication and service. This is unreasonable. I have never come across this in 20 years of booking hotels. We were looking forward to our stay there and then had to rush in an emergency to find another locate 1 day before travel - extreme stress!

A very nice hotel. Surrounded by a wonderful garden. Delicious food, great pools, nice staff. Room cleaned daily. The hotel beach is poor, but a bit further it is public with sand and you can relax there. I recommend the Turkish baths and massages. I went with a terrible back pain, came back full of strength. It is worth going to the hammam immediately upon arrival to get a nice tan afterwards. There are animations, but I wasn't interested. In a year I will fly there again. For those who complain, I recommend 5 * hotels at the right price.

Good place to be their generally! Best was the service of the whole staff! I would say all of them, in the reception, spa, restaurant and the bar of course! 0 Problem in communication due to their " okay " English! Special thanks to the restaurant Boss Mr. Cewdet and his colleagues they were " 5 stars" 🙏 My recommendation to the administration is to make the bathrooms better! I recommend this nice place specifically to families! Nuredin Hajo

The Welsh lads below pretty much summed it up, so I won't go in to as much detail (thanks lads). The hotel looks great on arrival but the the interior is shocking. The shower was tiny and mouldy, the shower head was mounted at knee height so we had to get maintenance out to move it! (Who did so within minutes) The shower cubicle is so small if you're not skinny you've got no hope of moving once in. Bed sheets and towels were not changed regularly. No coffee facilities in the room and no way of getting a coffee before breakfast opens (0730) so if you're on an early excursion leaving before breakfast, no coffee for you!! The room itself was smaller than my kitchen, the TV is all in any language but English, this may sound trivial but my Mrs got sun burn so we decided to spend some time out of the sun, thought we'd watch a movie which ended up being on our phones due to 8 channels of gibberish on the TV. This hotel seems to be a favourite for Russian and Polish guests, the staff seem to be fine conversing in these languages but really struggle with English. My mrs lost her hoodie and the lady I was trying to explain it to thought I was talking about a mobile phone!!! Food... As the guys said, how many ways can you destroy a chicken, very monotonous food selection, odd serving times but the burgers from the snack bar and the cakes were tasty. The bitez area is lovely, strongly recommend saying hello to Jimmy at sultan on the water front and seagulls too. The waterfront is an amazing and beautiful area, shame the same can't be said for garden life hotel. Definitely go to bitez, just don't stay here!
