The hotel is well located in front of a very nice beach but its sun loungers and umbrellas are few and old. It has a nice pool and a pleasant area to rest. Their rooms are small and a little run down (they don't look like the Booking photos), their food is not very good and their drinks are limited. The staff is friendly and the price is very high for what they get.

Hi, we've been at your hotel for about 4 seasons. Even if there are major shortcomings, they’re instantly fixed and completed. Mr. Textin, the hotel owner, took care of us closely, we asked for a dance zenne organized for the evening before half an hour.Thank you again.
Also, Mrs. Sema is very engaged with me and other guests and I hope she will be a very bright businesswoman in the future and we can see her again at this hotel next year.
The lady Nilay greeted us very welcoming from our arrival at the front desk, all the way to our room. Mr Ali accompanied us to help us secure our things.
After that, our friends at the bar greeted us every day with laughter and did not fail to serve.I thank the backmen who worked at the bar where I forgot the name of Baris, Ahmet, Suleyman, Fert, Mehmet, Abdullah, the sea and the bar where I forgot the name.We never suffered any victim when we sat by checking the towels of people who didn't come after 10:00 even if there was no place for Furkan.
I can’t say it’s a good thing when it comes to hotel cleaning, but it’s definitely better to use early-flavored products like splash water for bathrooms and toilets, if it’s the year ahead.
I think we passed on the text that we were not pleased with the animation and it will take action next year.
Thank you again Bitez's family but the peddas were excellent and we're back. ☺️

The hotel is not new, but it is not the most important disadvantage, the first is the dirty rooms at check-in had to clean themselves and in the following days , very poor cleaning despite the fact that we left money. The second is food , cooked without soul ,mostly rarely delicious, often overcooked or oversalted . What pleased this beach was clean, good sunbeds and constant cleaning. On the whole we still rested well, for us these nuances are not important, but wanted to tell future tourists . I love Bodrum and especially Bitez. In October the weather is fine, but as the season comes to an end, the staff is tired and not particularly happy with the guests. Good hotel location, everything you need to eat in walking distance . And I realize I came to the hotel three stars, but I wanted the basics like cleanliness, welcomingness and deliciously cooked food. Separate plus wifi worked on the beach , which is very convenient.

I'm still staying in this hotel right now. I'm staying as two adults. We paid 32,000 TL for 6 nights, but it doesn't even deserve a penny. Where should I start? The rooms are a disaster, there is no wardrobe, there are shelves on the wall, there is only one socket in the room, there is dampness, dampness, old furniture everywhere. Anyway, we passed the rooms. We said we would use it before going to bed, the service is zero, the food quality is zero, the employees treat you like food. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the whole breakfast was packed, there are no spoons on the plates, although there is no spoon for breakfast, anyway, you won't go hungry, you can eat cheese and watermelon, it will be light, at least three working families of the workers they brought to the reception, we came and rented 4 rooms. He couldn't arrange the rooms and accommodate us, I swear, don't come, it's a shame, we came to the hotel with 11 people, that's why we can't go out because it's crowded. The toilets in the room are very yellow sinks. It was a bit of a mixed comment, but that's how much I could show with anger.

We opted for the hotel and booked 3 nights because the location is beautiful, but we revised our reservation to 2 days after they asked for the remaining payment on the day of first check-in.
We wanted to wander around the hotel until our room was ready, and what we encountered didn’t seem to come to mind.
The hotel is generally untouched and has an incredibly dirty, intricate bar, and they washed the dishes without even going through the detergent and put them in front of people again. The food was too bad for us to eat, we tried to have lunch and woke up without eating.
When we walked into our room, we saw the walls in dead flies and blood.
Rooms are marked with 2 inserted water signage only once during their stay.
After all, we felt obligated to stay due to the 2-day fee, but the evening of the incident brought the glass.
During the relationship the couple had in the next room, the screams and screams were all over and we had my 11-year-old girl with us, and I thought without knowing what to say, I ran down the lobby with excuses like the man beats the woman and hit the wall with my response from locals or something went wrong. Mr. Ali from the front desk ran up with me and asked them to just hit their doors and be quiet, and you're kidding, he just said Adam's arrow, but the hotel atmosphere would answer.
We then saw our room change and said that our daughter didn’t want to stay at the hotel, and that we would leave the hotel the next day and get a refund of the nightly fee, but they didn’t even find a boss called Ali CIN, who ⁇ ’t want to talk to us.
A Gin like his Last Name is more important than a girl of 3,000 in an attempt to hit people. He doesn’t have gram respect for people, his staff is the same as himself.
He hasn’t bothered to meet us, but I will submit a complaint to any appropriate authorities to meet him and I have all the legal rights.

The worst experience in my life, We book a room for four people Two adults And Two kids And they gave us a small room they are saying 18 m2 but in reality the room is not more than 10 m2. All is spoted And dirty, the shower glass become blurry from how much dirty it is, in outside the hotel they are keeping mountains of garbage and the smell you can imagine. The all inclusive is a bad joke, only the lowest quality food all plates are dirty, the tables and all the rest. Very noisy location, very crowded and neglected. I totally don’t recomend!

The worst hotel we ever stayed,
Everything is terrible and we ate the same food for 5 days. The rooms are so dusty and some objects break easly. Also the workers are so rude.
I would prefer to not come here because their are no activities for kids and they get so bored the kitty pool is so dirty they are not boverd to clean it, there are loads of cats and instead of feeding them one the workers scared them away.
The drinking macine next to the pool doesn’t have refreshed its powdered.
And the owner of the hotel gets to eat better stuff where he gets his food from a different place and we are not allowed and he gets to drink better alcohols.
Pls do not waste your money to this hotel🙏

This hotel is a complete dive!
Staff are incredibly miserable, carpets have not seen a vacuum cleaner all season and not fixed.
Arrived at hotel after midnight.
Patio door lock broken so not safe.
Bin in bathroom not emptied from previous guests.
Windows filthy
Room is so basic it’s like we are in the 1970’s!
Breakfast food was awful, coffee is like warm out of a machine. Again doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all season! The fresh bread looked nice but then had a giant slab of margarine NOT butter with a knife stuck in the middle of it.
The choice of fresh food was minimal.
we couldn’t bring ourselves to try any food, it was disgusting and had to go out to buy ourselves a coffee and omelette from another hotel further along the beach.

We paid for sea view and got a proper scabby room at the back of the hotel overlooking a building site. No lie in!

Considering my husband worked 2 weeks of the month to afford this disgusting hotel, it was not worth the £1200 all inclusive at all!
Love holidays marked this as a 4 star hotel and it’s barely a 2 stars in English terms

Marhaba !!Amazing,Firstly I would like to say this was not the hotel we had booked, but I will say I'm glad the one we booked (costa 3s) closed early. Its a lovely clean hotel, all the communal areas are cleaned morning noon and night, night reception dude, Barat and Darcin (hope I spelled that right) and his team made it a more enjoyable experience, there was nothing too much trouble, even though it is approaching end of season, rooms may be dated but they are comfy they could do with a bit more cleaning of the shower glass but overly they were clean rooms, towels stocked daily, food, now let's just say if you don't like turkish style food book Spain, but gladly I do and the food was fresh and well stocked, because they have some beautiful cheese salads olives etc tomaoes and bbq most evenings. With fish lamb etc. The beach is a stone throw away and the promenade is mostly flat, plenty of lovely shops a bar and steak house in the village centre My fist time in Turkey was wonderful thank you all.

had a stay between 14.08.2022 21.08.2022 in Costa BitezHan Bodrum and below I will explain the reasons why I do not recommend this hotel:
I made the reservation through a travel agency, I chose this destination judging by the pictures found on google that looked decent, but at the destination I found a hotel that looked decent from the outside, ONLY from the outside.
the stay started on 14.08, at 22:30 (flight delay).
I arrived at the hotel and I didn't even have the opportunity to buy food for a fee.
I booked a double room with a matrimonial bed and they tried to accommodate me in a room with separate beds, the rooms are very old and dirty, damaged furniture and walls, they tried to deceive me and put the beds together, they tried to accommodate me in the same room.
The 2nd day after repeated complaints and arguments, I got a "superior" room, actually the room with a double bed, sea view, clean but with old and damaged furniture.
the door to the balcony did not close properly and all the noise from outside was heard in the room.
If you are a morning person and wake up before 7 o'clock, you can't drink a coffee, not even for a fee.
the coffee served in the All Inclusive package is ordinary mess.
The tea is served from old and rusty containers.
Desserts are mediocre.
The food is decent.
When I reported to the manager that this hotel is not 4 stars, he asked me if I work for the Turkish government and that I am not in a position to qualify a hotel myself.
considering that I worked some time ago in tourism and accommodation at both 3 and 4 stars, I can tell you that this hotel is not even 2 stars.
the pictures I attach speak for themselves.
I do not recommend.
