We only booked in for 1 night for a short stay in Bodrum. Hotel was easy to find, has parking and a short walk into town. Rooms were spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Only downside was no hot water. Breakfast was good, great choice for all of us
Located a short walk from the centre. It has a nice reception and the staff were helpful checking us in. The rooms were ok but the cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t up to standard. We slept comfortably with no interruptions or noise. Lovely pools and water slide provided, with pool side bar providing snacks and drinks. We noted that despite the good measures provided, their local gin was low in strength. It was all inclusive, the main restaurant provided a good buffet and food was good. Lovely omelet cooked freshly at breakfast and meat in the evening. Would be happy to stay here again.
We went to Bodrum for our first time to Turkey we decided that the mandarin resort hotel would be a good choice close to where we wanted to be. Location I have little to disagree with and for the general cleanliness of the hotel it was five stars however that is all the positives I have for my time stayed at this hotel. The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful However this cannot be said of the reception and cleaners bear that in mind the staff were not very good and the ratings for this hotel are clearly wrong I would not recommend more than three plus. The food particularly was bland and not the standard you would expect. The drinks were designated by bar staff and were almost counted out per person. The five star hotel was run very tightly and was quite mean with food and drinks. However for a family friendly hotel it lacked one serious thing There was no ice cream 🙁 The hotel could be excellent however it needs an overhaul customer relations and some language skills could help though this maybe negative I believe the staff do work hard and during my time the same staff where working every day I believe exhaustion maybe a factor in their mood and behaviour…
First I would like to thanks Abduallah the receptionist for being a such sweet guy, very helpful and ready to support you for anything. This resort is running by a sweet team of hard workers to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Few renovations need to be done especially in my previous room « 409 » Also, different renovations need be to done all over the resort... Music can be loud sometimes and need to be turn down in the swimming pool, most of the clients spend all day long there and this start by putting towels to reserve transats. So if you don’t wake up early you don’t have your space in the swimming. Very crowded!! Perfect location to explore the town. This hotel has Spa, sauna and different bars and coffees open all day until late. Food was average, people are eating as much they can just because they paie for all exclusive...! I recommend this resort for 1 week maximum. You must go to have a drink out and explore the town. …
We spend 3 nights here after 4 days in Kos, and we were very happy overall. We were unlucky enough to score one of the rooms without a balcony opposite a noisy bar, but as we were only here 3 nights it wasn't a deal breaker. In fact, we found the room very nice - fresh, modern and stylish, with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. We loved eating here - there's a lovely courtyard, and the food was really very good with excellent choice at all meals and friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Bodrum, which we enjoyed doing - and we liked the beach. The only thing we didn't really enjoy so much was the pools, which were both busy and the fun pool was very noisy. Overall, a nice place at a reasonable price and we'd recommend it if you want to stay in town.…
