We chose this hotel so that our 9 year old can swim over the Christmas holiday. It is lovely off season. I imagine ıt would be very crowded in summer. The spa is nice, hotel staff very helpful. They do have a bit of an issue about bathrooms, but when you call the cleaner sorts it out. They have table...

Stayed in October. Good weather, good location, good food. Customer service not bad. Sadly, few loud kids, but hey ho, could pick up the adults only resort. Hairdresser on site - abrupt, but he knew what he was doing, got this hairstyle non stop now - thank you! There was one but ... waiters. Focused on female guest, good for...

Bodrum, the most exclusivist holiday destination from Turkey at Aegean sea! It was our first holiday in this amazing country, in August 2012. We choose to stay at Salmakis (Mermaid) Hotel, a 4 stars hotel, but the services and other things offered us was 4+ stars! The staff, also, is very nice and kindly, the hotel is safe, we was...

First time we have been back to Bodrum for a few years,, and the first all inclusive we have used in Turkey,, The hotel is a little rambling (rather like small village),, the rooms a clean but basic and a little tired,, The pool is nice and well kept,, the food choice ok, generally well presented,, The drinks are typically...

Good location, having nice beach and garden. Close to the center of Bodrum, just one km, also you can go to the centre by small boats which run very often. The rooms are large, clean and nice. They serve a large variety of food, all are tasty. The stuff are nice and quick to serve you.

We love Salmakis, even though we usually don't love resorts. Salmakis is great because it is family friendly, because the beach is lovely, the food is great and offers an amazing choice every day (of Turkish and international foods) The staff is very friendly and it is only a ten minute boat ride into Bodrum. Do remember to tip the...

Although this is not really a five start hotel (I'm struggling to get to grips on the star ratings now, but this wouldn't be in the same league as say a five star in Cannes etc.) it is a very acceptable family resort, we booked a few days before we travelled through one of TA's partners and got a great...

I had the best time at the Salmakis resort and spa bodrum. A truly beautiful hotel, very traditional architecture and decorating. Very quiet and relaxing, stunning pool area with plenty of sunbeds and a lovely private beach. The staff are wonderful, especially Yasin Girik who looked after me. The genuine warmth of his welcome and his service are just exceptional!...

Nice and clean hotel but local tourists get preferential treatment; food is always the same and local style, i.e. not very diverse. Staff seemed to be so tired: poor reception service, never a smile at the bar ; poor cocktails . You need a good physical condition because there are stairs all over.

At this time of year very quiet. Exceptional staff. Rooms very dated but clean. Balcony under par. Plastic chairs very basic with tiny table. Views exceptional. Staff as I have said a credit to the hotel. Food good but not traditional English so some might struggle but for us a welcome change. Personally we where impressed on the quality and...
