This wa everything a 5* hotel should be , only 37 private villas and completely private. Would recommend no 37 as this is the most private with a plunge pool which is surprisingly large, well appointed bathroom with dressing area and good comfy bed with lounge area and sea views. Beach club is a buggy ride away as too far...

A week in Turkey end of September...split between Aman and Mandarin Oriental. This is a very charming Aman with particularly lovely rooms and very peaceful atmosphere. Staff very pleasant! A place to unwind off season...the beach club could be crowded if full... We loved it and would go back... Minor quibbles: No beach, only stabilmento.. North facing situation...light a bit...

This was my first experience of an Aman hotel... wow. Attentive service from the time you arrive to the time you leave - no request is too much. The gym was even opened earlier to accommodate the time my husband wanted to visit. The beach club is not really a beach but still worth the visit - lovely quiet location...

Service, views and decor were absolutely perfect. The breakfasts were wonderful, but was a little disappointed in the dinner and lunch menus. Would have liked to see more Turkish options. Overall, paradise.

Amanhotels are on average outstanding. The Amanruya is above average Aman standard. It's in a beautiful spot near Bodrum, has a wonderful beach club, great styling of the property as such and the villas indoors and outdoors. We very much liked the big pool for swimming and the private pool for privacy. The restaurants both serve lovely food - and...

This was the perfect location for our wedding anniversary. What a wonderful property! The grounds are incredible and the cottages fantastic with nice pools. The public areas are beautifully designed and centred around the majestic main pool. We loved the library tower, three levels with fantastic views. The natural rocky/pebble beach (a very romantic spot) and the beach club are...

Bodrum is a beautiful place, Aman is a short drive away tucked in a secluded area that blends traditional Anatolian architecture with their renown design/service. Yes it is expensive, but if you are lucky enough to be able to afford to - do it! You will be pampered in every aspect, whether it's food, massage, excursions, the staff will go...
