I was here for a business trip. Staff was friendly and unlike some other hotels in the area, could communicate in English which was a convenience. Breakfast was OK. Hotel's location was good for me, close to Atatürk Boulevard, and easy access to Bus, Taxi, Metro station. There are lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants around. My only complaints are I think it would be safer if they use "keycard" instead of "key" and the WiFi could be more reliable.

The location is awesome, near to kizilay which means lots of shops, restaurants, cafes. It's also close to Metro station and bus and minibus station so you can travel to almost anywhere inside ankara with 2.5 TL. The hotel itself is really average. It doesn't disappoint you, but it's far from excellency. If you travel to go to embassy (US, Canada, Germany, Austria etc.) it's an affordable choice and is in walking distance from embassies (15 mins)

We stayed at Etap Bulvar Hotel in April 2015. The location is great. It's near the U.S. embassy (a 15-minute walk), close to Kizilay and shopping centers, and in walking distance from the subway station. The avenue is really cozy with numerous cafes. They upgraded our double room to triple room which was really nice. The room itself was mediocre and dim but he breakfast was perfect for a 3-star hotel. You may find a better hotel at this price but regarding the money you pay, I recommend this hotel.

I came to Ankara for a very important exam. I stayed at etap bulvar hotel for 3 nights. I was hoping for a quiet place with the minimum standards, and thats exactly what I got. The receptionists were ok, the girl who was there in the morning was always smiling, but didn't know enough English. On the other hand one of the guys who was usually there at night shifts knew some. The cleaning ladies spray an air freshener which I specifically didn't care about and that was a good excuse to open the window and get some fresh air. I was in a single room and was comfortable, not much noise, and it had the minimum standards that I needed, but you have to be aware that this is no fancy hotel, it's more like a good Motel. I didn't specifically care about the breakfast as the eggs were cold. The most important positive point about this hotel is where it's situated. When you come out of the hotel, on the left is Ataturk blvd which I saw mostly cloth shops in. If you head towards right from the hotel door, you will find that the narrow streets around especially "Karanfil" and "Konur" are packed with restaurants, cafe's and bars, so you have a really wide variety to choose from. The city seems safe but nearly no one knows english and that makes it hard for people like me who don't know english. The irregularity here was the cafe restaurant next door to the hotel called "simitci dunyasi" where two of the owners knew a very acceptable amount of english (enough to communicate without problem). I had a pizza and a ceasar salad at this restaurant and as I had heard from some people, it was very good. Overall this is no luxury hotel but if you don't want anything fancy, it's not gonna hurt to stay here at all.

The hotel is located at the heart of Ankara. When you get out of hotel, you're actually at Ankara city center (Kizilay district, Embassies, Bars, Clubs, ...). During my stay here, I enjoyed nice & complete breakfast in comparison to other 3 star hotels. Rooms are big enough & clean but they need to be renovated. Frankly, rooms seem to be old. In my room TV was small (No LCD or LED). And another positive point is that there's internet access for free of charge in the rooms. And a thing that annoyed me was the lobby of the hotel. It was somehow cramped, I'm not sure if I could name it a lobby or something...
