The location in good but the service is awful, breakfast does not have variety and rooms not very clean, didn’t like it very much. It is close to ataturk blv and tunali street. Rooms are also very small.
Central location, nice architecture and decoration. That is about it. The hot breakfast items were cold and stale. Set menu portions were small, soup was cold. Restaurant tables and bathroom doors need resurfacing. Upkeeping and maintenance failures. Minibar was out of order and was not repaired or replaced after informing the front desk. Room door failed was not locking. When informed the front desk "you should have informed us before 5 pm" maintenance department is gone. They gave my room card back to be able to operate the room lights. They asked though "wanna change your room?" ???? I will not prefer on my next visit to the city. I guess they are content and do not require new guests.
İt is a very good hotel at the city center. it is clean and tidy. i have been there for a convention. because of traffic i was late. there is always parking problem. the hotel has two storey car park. but it is very narrow.
This hotel used to be modern and frequently visited but that was probably a long time ago. Today, it definetely needs modernisation and updating. The rooms are under average. During my two nights stay, my room wasn't even cleaned nor was my bed made. Add to this that anywhere you can smoke in this hotel and you know this is not for business stays. The breakfast is simple and a beer in an empty bar one costs too much... Please adapt your rating....
W were staying there during the film festival Ucan Supurge for a week. From front office, to housekeeping and the food and beverage team were always so helpful and smiling. Everything is clean and dinner was tasty. Location is central. A big special thank you to Gamze from Front Office team who even accompanied me to the airport shuttle stop. I didn't know the way and could have missed it if it wasn't for her. If anyone is reviewing this comment from management please pass our high thoughts of her. My mother Tuvana Alton was also writing a thank you letter to management. The hotel is ideal for business trips and to explore the center. While in Ankara don't forget to visit the Mausoleum of and the The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. They are both unforgettable insights to Turkey and Anatolia.…
