Every staff we encountered are very nice, helpful and accomodating. They greeted and welcomed us warmly upon entering the hotel. The Guards, Front Desk and the bar are friendly even if we had a lot of requests. The room is clean and spacious. One thing to note is they have a water dispenser in every floor, which gives you one less thing to worry about. They even have lemon water at the front lobby for the guests. Small thing for some but to me, it is very thoughtful. I highly recommend for people to try this hotel.

The rooms are new, the beds are comfortable, air conditioning is more than adequate. Water is sourced from a water dispenser near the elevators. I had a pleasant stay. There is a somewhat narrow multi-level parking building at the back of the hotel, although you can choose to park in front of the hotel if there is a slot available. The only drawback here is the hotel does not have its own restaurant. However, there are many types of restaurants in the vicinity, starting with the Burger King in front of the hotel. Rates are reasonable.

A little bit slow service. The room is smaller than expected. No one cleaned the room replaced the linens and towels when we were out so don’t leave the dirty towels on the floor. Needs 2k security deposit but was deducted to our debit card. But still not bad

The room was nice provided with room necessities, but the front desk kept us waiting for a longer minutes instead of addressing our check in but it can be resolved by adding more staff at the concierge. The hotel allows food from outside. The hotel provides free parking and free wifi

Location is centrally-located on a main thoroughfare with easy access to transportation, banks, and food outlets. Roofdeck resto had a good view, food was great, and service impeccable. Farrah at the front de st was very cheerful and quick in assisting us.

The rooms are clean. Pool has a nice view. Staff are very accommodating and joyful. Location wise, it’s near to the church, has restaurants and banks near by. There are also bars in the area and if you’re a casino goer, it’s just 100 pesos Grab away to Solaire North 👌

The rooms are clean and food is good. There's a good selection in their breakfast buffet. The staff are accommodating and friendly, esp. Ms.Bam who was very attentive and helpful in assisting me on my food request as I am on a hypoallergenic diet. Her attitude is very much appreciated and made my stay more enjoyable.

This hotel is not fully open yet, my room was initially stunning but there were so many issues.
The worst issue was from about 8.10am to 8pm there was constant hammering like someone in the floor above was removing tiles from a wall, went on for the 6 days I stayed here. I know i could have moved room but I just drowned the noise out with the TV.
Kettle didn’t work….I fixed it.
Phone in room and TV didn’t work…resolved by staff.
Housekeeping didn’t arrive one of my days and they never topped up Coffee/Tea etc. had to ask at reception who were happy to supply. Soap ran out but wasn’t topped up till I asked.
No hair dryer in room, had to ask for one.
When I walked barefoot in room my feet turned black from dirt on floor. It didn’t look dirty but obviously was so needed a good hard clean.
Also I read a previous review stating the Chef here produced wonderful food, I am amazed how this happened as the restaurant and swimming pool have not yet been opened!
On the plus side the room was very spacious and well furnished, and ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Once the hotel has fully opened it will be a great place to stay, as long as housekeeping improves somewhat.

Response from Margarette Rose Franz Domingo Rooms Division Manager, Other at Harolds Hotel Quezon City
Responded Feb 20, 2023
Dear JS-JN, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your kind words towards the staff being friendly and helpful as well as stating that we are still not yet fully operational. Hence, our pool and restaurant are still not open during your stay. The food mentioned before was a packed breakfast from an outsource restaurant. And we truly are sorry for the confusion. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it is apparent that in this case we fell short owing to the construction noise and Housekeeping Department. If you give us the chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that our guests have grown fond of despite our soft opening phase. We look forward to your next visit in the near future. At your service, Margarette Rose Franz Domingo Rooms Division Manager
