Booked inspite of no so good traveller's reviews. But it wa a great experience for low price hotel. You just need to book a suite room and not the standard /small room. Ordered food are also recommended esp their beef salpicao. But we experienced shortage of food during their free buffet breakfast and with limited choices. It's a plus with...

We chose a Euro Suite, stupidly we did not check the room prior to paying. The room stank of foul water, when I used the C.R. I realised that the foul water was seeping rapidly out from beneath the bath. The stench was so bad in the C.R that I nearly vomited. We were allowed a room change but only...

Poor customer service. There are 3 female staff at the reception area, but no one is assisting us. I approached them 3 times! I was asked to sit every single time, but I can see my booking and ID is just sitting there at their desk. It took them 45 minutes to check us in. Terrible. If not for it's...

I stayed two nights. The room was OK but hard to get hot water. The bed has a slippery undersheet, not too sweaty but sheets slid all over the place, not comfortable. All of that I realise is because the hotel caters for the hourly rates, so while waiting for a colleague in lobby, several 'couples' were booking in for...

My family and I stayed at this hotel last January 2016. Paid the fees online thru their website thru my Metrobank credit card. When we checked in, they said their system did not recognize my payment and I was asked to pay again.I called Metrobank and said the agent said that payment was not posted.I was assured extra payment will...

this hotel needs an overhaul in service delivery and physical appearance. it exudes a peculiar smell that offends your nostrils maybe because windows are not part of its design. although it offers considerable discounts for government functions, there is a rip-off in terms of comfort, cleanliness and competence. you don't get your money's worth. i hope the management do something...

If you are an Aussie this is like an Ibis hotel, no frills, does what it is meant to do, a bed, a shower, tv and sleep. A budget accommodation transit hotel, not a destination hotel. The staff are lovely, the rooms are fair, the location is great. It is across the road from a small shopping centre that has,...

A former TV Production Assistant referred Eurotel to me, picking me up from the airport to Eurotel Makati, fortunately, I guess, Makati branch was full...I specifically told makati staff to call EDSA branch to find out if they could take us in..BINGO ! they do have a room for me and my grandson-----then, the experience of a lifetime happened---also booked...

The smell is so annoying..the interior are old and dusty and with chips..the blow dryer has rust that you can even use it..bath tub sink had rust in the hole that i...

Out of desperation, we ended up styaing here for a night. I was so disappointed and grossed out with my entire experience. These highlighted my stay: 1. They don't have service elevators. We had to share the elevator with their food cart with messy plates and smelly leftovers. 2. The room was dirty. The floor was carpeted, grimy and stained....
