This hotel is one of the worse if not the very worse when it comes to customer service. It started when I made the reservations and tried to pay online. They would not allow me to prepay for my wife’s visit, and told me to go thru Expedia if I wanted to prepay which I did with no hassles at... More

Room 1503 Suite Room (two beds) Non-smoking room, clean and newly renovated but bed blankies were untidy. I initially reserved the Studio Room online not knowing that it was a smoking room. I had to upgrade when I got there because of my asthma, and was with new born and 8yr old daughter. I had to add PhP1,500 please be... More

Great Location, We always stay here when in Manila. This visit we observed that standards appear to be "slipping somewhat" the rooms and communal areas of the Hotel are in bad need of refurbishment, the decor/fixtures are "old and Tired" but it appears the current owner [s] are reluctant to invest any money to bring the hotel up to comfortable... I reserved the top end room from agoda based on the pictures and rates. I arrived at the property to check in. I was escorted to the room by a very courteous bell boy. The hallways were dark, peeling linoleum floors, and the walls desperately needing paint. I was determined to have a good mood but when I arrived at... More

My family's experience was alright. The room is big and the beds are comfy, however, the comfort room isn't clean. There are tiny cockroaches in the comfort room. Also, the air con isn't that strong/big enough to cool down the entire room. But, the room already has a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and that's good. However there is only... More

I was wandering the streets of Ermita in Manila with a rucksack without pre booked accommodation, stepping over people sleeping rough on the floor & getting some strange looks when I saw this hotel & booked in. In the following days there was a typhoon so I ended up staying here for 6 nights. The location is in a good... More

This place is pretty much as close to the embassy as you can get. It takes 5 minutes to get there and it is also a 10 or 15 minute walk to Robinson mall. We had a studio style room that is pretty cheap compared to other hotels in the area and it had a fridge, a stove and a... More

This hotel/apartment is located right on Roxas boulevard with incredible views of Manila Bay. I'm not sure if the studio units (P1,638) have a view but I opted for a Standard room (P1,755) that was on the side of the building on the 10th floor and still had great views. Corner Suites (P2,691) are on the front of the building.... More

The hotel is not that bad but i had problem with my room (712) where by the a/c is not functioning well. The maintenance guy has to replaced the a/c and at least it is a bit warmer. I also have to wait for the room inspection for almost 30mins (4pm) upon check in.
