We stopped here for one night enroute to Sydney. Busy roads, lacks soundproofing. No view. Cockroaches in bathroom. Down the road from a dirty harbour. Staff tried hard with presentation of food. Had a wonderful stay here in las palmas hotel very affordable and great staff. With the rooms being fairly comfortable and in a great location not far from a variety of restaurants and entertainment aswell as being able to have a great view from the balcony.

It is never a bad idea to stay in Las Palmas either for a short or long stay. Whenever we're in Manila for a layover, we always book here for their comfortable beds, proximity to the mall and restaurants, and distance to the airport. Spacious room, attentive staff, at a very reasonable price. The lobby is nice and big, nice lighting de luxe mirrors and furnishings. This is the second time we've stayed here, and no change from a couple years ago. Our Deluxe Double had a big bed and more storage for your belongings than i've ever seen in a hotel before ( i think i counted more than a dozen drawers). The rooms were clean but non smoking rooms should be non smoking not changed because no matter how you try to cover it up it is still there. las palmas is strategically located in the business and commercial district of malate. although it is an old hotel, still it offers better accommodation and reasonable rate. we stayed at this hotel for two nights and were satisfied. there was wifi connection in the room and the beds are big, enough to accommodate two extra kids. food chains and a... If you are just looking for somewhere to stay with all the basic needs. It's cheap with all the basic things you need. rooms have acu, small fridge a cable tv, tub, hot and cold shower. The rooms is clean.
