Great food as always, we are never disappointed with this buffet! Tried the Indian dishes and the cheese room for brunch. Service was attentive and friendly! Thank you to Pia for giving us amazing service from start to end (and for the birthday cake!)
Recently stayed at the Sofitel Manila and enjoyed it immensely. Upgraded to a suite due to accor status and it was huge and spacious. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of variety and be early on weekends. Eating venues are very busy Fri, Sat,Sun, so book a table if eating. Accor Club lounge runs from 2 til 7pm and your well looked after by Friliene and Anthony. Snaps Sports Bar is another must visit. Really nice food, well priced drinks and great service by Paul, JP and the others. Pool and surrounds are beautiful. Top of the list is the 6 star Filipino customer service. The best ever. A wonderful place to stay and Accor discounts apply for dining and drinks.
Great food selection! We did sunday brunch so foie gras was available and inclusive of unli drinks. My partner loved the cheese room. Attentive service also by Pia Bondoc. Must try the avocado gelato before you leave!
Buffet assortment ok, but atmosphere chaotic and stressful. 1 hotel staff was so rude, she knocked at our room at 1AM, told us to quiet down and go back to our respective rooms. Since when did hotels impose bedtime on their guests?

Our family had a great stay. Thanks to Russel from Concierge who assisted us from the time we arrived. Nice food in the restaurant and a lot of activities for Kids. My kiddos had fun in the pool. Definitely a hotel to recommend.
It was a remarkable experience our stay at Sofitel. The food at The Spiral are phenomenal to the next level goodness! Special thanks to Cannon for making our stay and experience extra special, this kid deserves a raise or to be promoted to manager. Definitely coming back and hope to see friendly faces again. Look for Cannon, my boy, if you visit he got your back like nobody else.
If this is number 3 of 222 hotels in the area then I hate to see the standard of the others. Worst room, worst hotel, worst service!! This hotel is in urgent need of a total update. My room was dirty, smelly and falling apart. To unplug the bedside light I had to pull out the bedside table and unplug from the wall!!!!! No light switch on lamp!!!
Im so disappointed on how they assigned rooms as they have VIP. They gave me the most old, horrible room which the water heater is not working properly. I politely asked them for a room transfer which was not granted. They lied that all the room given to crew are as horrible as mine. But actually no, as i asked my other colleagues if i can see their rooms. Disappointing that because they dont want to entertain my request they lied that all of us got the same room. I compared as i am the supervisor i supposed to have nice room as the deck crew however the other crew with lower rank than me get a nicer room. When we had breakfast buffet they told me that only the airline employee get discount. So what i did is i used my workmates name for the bill then pay the bill. I just hope they will transfer us back to a better and much crew friendly hotel. This hotel doesn’t give importance to their frequent guests.…
We really loved and enjoyed our stay at Sofitel. We’re fortunate to be upgraded into a suite room with the bay virew, and this more than exceeded our expectations. All the staff are very kind and approachable. Would like to commend them especially Sharmaine from the Front Desk, and Lei who assisted us upon our check-in. We look forward to again booking and staying here in the near future.
