We have shared our experiences for long time. All of staff successfully create a kind of family. Such a team work will give guests great services. I really appreciate your excellent services. Ermita is often sited as noisy area in Manila in spite of very convenient location. This hotel, however, can surely give you safe, stable conditions during your stay. This Best Western hotel is conveniently located in Ermita near the US consulate and Rizal Park. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet is just what one needs to start their day. Its both continental and Filipino. Thanks "Alexi" for those yummy eggs. They have a travel desk in the lobby to help with making sightseeing plans. Over all I found this place value for your buck. On my way to the hotel the Grab(taxi) driver said, Sir you choose a good hotel to say in and I agree with him.

This has been my worst stay in BW branded hotel and one of the worst in any chain hotel. To give a context, I hold Diamond Select status with BW and have 100+ nights in hotels per year. My check-in started from the front desk staff trying to sell me late check-out, that too on per-hour basis. Had to escalate twice, up to GM, who finally approved 2 PM check-out time, quoting being fully booked as a reason (initially they tried to sell me check-out until 4 PM, and being allegedly fully booked has not then been the issue). I had to ask for a room upgrade – it has not been offered. On the day of check-out, despite prior request to let me rest until 2 PM and DND sign on the door, house-keeping knocked to my room and woke me up. Last but not the least, internet connection has been a disaster even by local standards (i.e. even budget hostels typically have much more reliable internet), which caused severe inconvenience and time-waste. P. S. This is my second – and admittedly the last – stay at this hotel. The management has changed since my last stay.

For the late check out, as an SOP, the hotel do charge it on per hour basis to our guests. Located conveniently in every place you may want to visit within the metro and all types of public transportation is within reach.
