I chose to stay in this hotel for my mandatory quarantine of 7days since I travelled outside the country. Staff 9/10 - Very nice polite and accommodating. My only issue is when I arrived (May 7) I am clueless and didnt know what to expect in the hotel since Manila is still in MECQ. Can i order food outside? Will someone clean the room? It is critical for the receptionist at that time not just to check me in but to set expectations and share impt details of protocols in place since we are now following the new normal. Food - 7/10 I only ordered breakfast food like Tapa and Tocino meals. Tapa doesnt taste like beef tapa and tocino is just okay. Rice was a bit hard and no condiments were provided. I always requested for my eggs to be scrambled but that never happened. I also think the price is a bit too much especially if the food only tastes okay. Room/Ammenities- 8/10 Clean and space is just right for one person. AC mini fridge and tv are working fine. Love that there is cable available. I'm giving 8 because of the poor internet connection. I think guests needs better connectivity especially we are only allowed to stay inside the room and all that I can do is work, watch movies and videocalls. Location - 9/10 Great location because its just beside a mall which makes it very accessible. I know there are a lot of good Chinese restaurants around that I wanted to try but too bad i am on quarantine. Overall, it was a great experience. Please give your staff some awards and recognition!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I would say that everything was excellent. The staff are amazing and professional. Special thanks to Trish and Ms. Donna for being exceptionally attentive in taking actions regarding some incident and for quickly responding on requests. I definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.

Me and my boyfriend couldn't have been happier with our 5 days stay here. Lovely hotel, the level of cleanliness, modern rooms, the amenities and great friendly service. From the front desk members ( Trish, Rhea, Mark and Madonna) to the roomservice staff and groundskeepers, they all know how to make the stay. But above them all, great thanks to Trish who helped us through out our stay and for recommending the restaurant inside the hotel, the menu was really great. The hotel was also near to malls, divisoria and tutubaan so you won't have a problem with the crazy traffic in manila. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we visit Manila.
