The hotel is situated near the U.S. Embassy, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Manila Ocean Park, is in a vey good location. The hotel is in a safe area and there are restaurants in the area. It is a simple hotel, nothing fancy but kind staff and I would stay here again.

Definitely dated and I stayed there two days and had hot water problems BOTH days. Yes, they sent a maintenance person to fix it twice, but I had early morning appointments and no one available to fix in the early morning hours. One day a very cold shower and the next day I just washed from the hot water in...

Nice hotel, it's close to everything. Grocery around the corner, diner across the street, walking distance to a mall, St Luke's Medical Extension Clinic a few steps away. It has big rooms, and big fluffy towels with lots of hot water for luxurious showers.

Had hard time booking room in Manila. (Family of four) You get what you pay for. The room was clean and two king size bed was great and with working air conditioner. They were reinstalling the wiifi system so there was no wifi during my stay. No restaurant, but Mini Stop was next to the building and 5 min walk...

Dont get me wrong, the hotel is well placed. Close to "Intramuros" walking distance. BUT, when we woke up early morning floor was full of little roaches... I had to make effort not to step on them to go to bathroom. Besides that, the service was ok. For us worked well because we just stay one night to wake up...

I nearly always picked this hotel to stay (except when I was getting dental work done in Makati), but it is not as good as previous times. There is no longer a restaurant upstairs - always good to at least have breakfast in your hotel. There also used to be a bar upstairs too, which (unless come back of course...

They allowed us to checked in early. The hotel is accessible thru public transportation like LRT and jeepneys. There are also a lot of establishment around the area (banks, restaurants, convenience stores, Rizal Park and other hotels). Slow internet connection in the room though. We stayed at the family room. It was affordable and big. However, hot shower was not...

I have stayed at the Paragon Tower Hotel several times and the experience is always the same - Very clean and modern from the entry to the rooms. The staff is always courteous, prompt and helpful. I've paid a lot more for a lot less!
