Centrally located hotel, excellent if you want to be in a center of action but don't here that action:) very nice outdoor that let you enjoy your evening cocktails. Please book in advance. Service a little bit impatient but guards at the gate always smiling and inviting.

Wasn't loud, shower worked well, staff were relatively nice, well located. Local amenities nearby, very nearby local things to see and do. The food they sell there isn't that great, and although they say they're a pizzeria; they're not! Slightly over-priced for what the room was (standard fan double), it was roughly £64 for us for 4 nights. Nothing overly...

Love this place! We always stay here while in Manilla, however for the best rest try not to stay in the rooms closest to the entry, traffics at night never stops, but with ear buds for noise protection you'll have no trouble! The kitchen is great with a menu that makes you feel at home and the coffee-- be prepared...

Fantastic budget option. The hotel is an oasis of peace within the chaos of manila. Good rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, free water and wifi. The showers only have cold water, which is comfortable in the hot city. Close to a mall, good restaurants and it is easy to reach the tourist spots by jeepney from here.

This place has pretty clean, basic but spacious rooms. The prices might seem high, but we researched all other options and this is the best budget option available. The restaurant has good breakfast available at any hour. Wifi works well in restaurant. This place is popular with domestic tourists as well. The staff is professional and helpful. This is located...

Guest room with AC costs 1500php. Bf and I wanted to move to another hotel the minute we entered the room as it wasn't dirty but it looked like it was, with smelly bed linens that looked like it has been used since the 90's. No tv. No wifi in room. And to top it off, the daily rate does...

This is a different kind of review. We, my asawa (Filipine wife) lived 4 years in the big condominium tower next to Natividad. We send their several friends to sleep there and used some of their services and eat or had coffee there once in a while. It is a christian pension. P e you cannot buy alcohol (like beer)...

If you're one who's looking for a mix of not-too-expensive but quiet place to stay right in the middle of the metropolis, then Pension Natividad is just the right place for you. It has a homey ambiance, management is friendly, polite and apt to address your concerns. It is within the vicinity of nightlife in Manila, a walking distance away...

We booked a private room with fan after friends recommended it to us (there are also rooms with aircon but a fan was enough for us). While it is indeed located in a dodgy neighbourhood, all budget hotels are and the whole of Manila is dodgy. The hotel is located behind a gate with a guard so it couldn't feel...
