I have stayed here several times.I have also stayed at another they have close by.I prefer this location,as it is everything I look for when staying away from home. You are in the heart of Ermita. The hotel sits on J.Bocabo street, between Rizal park and UN ave.It is a safe walking area, with everything you need.Whether you are visiting for business at the... I liked this hotel. There are some negative comments posted here and if there's a problem with the room, then it's simple - ask to be moved to another. I found the room and bed to be perfectly adequate, the shower was fine, and the breakfast was also good enough for the price. The staff were always very helpful.. The... More

Cheap but very nice hotel.. They also offer free breakfast and the staff are very friendly. They cleaned our room without us asking them to do so. I like that they use key cards which didn't work at first but they immediately reprogrammed it. Overall we enjoyed our 4-day stay there :)

Stayed for a night: Pros: They allowed me leave my luggage since I arrived early. The Front Desk was very accommodating (especially Iza, thanks very much for all your help). Food was good and price was fair. Nice people at the restaurant. Cons: Shower door couldn't be locked. Cabinet won't close. They're quite hesitant about the extra hour stay, but... More

Booked through agoda (which happens to be terrible at customer service when you need to change reservations like checking out early from a hotel that doesn't have water). Day 1, the shower temp went from boiling hot to ice cold automatically. Couldn't get a consistent water temperature here. Spent most of my time chasing a reasonable temperature to get a... More

We stayed for 4days and 3nights. The room we stayed in was average. It got all the amenities needed and very fast wifi..we enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well..the only thing i can fault though was it would have been better if the family rooms are near the entrance/exit doors as our room was too far. Not advisable for pregnant... More

Stayed two nights/three days here. There is no elevator so keep that in mind if you find yourself booking a room on the 2nd or 3rd floors. The hallways seemed dark but it wasn't that big of a deal. The staff we found to be courteous and attentive. The wifi was quick and responsive. The best internet connection I had... More

I had to wait until 1pm to check in and while haven't been taking a shower since the day before, it is at most uncomfortable not being able to get settled in immediately. After finally being checked in, I find the room is quite spacious, and though I had to stay with two other people within the same room, I... More

There are areas which this hotel can improve on... 1. It would be nice to have bottle portable water in the room when check in. 2. Better managed the guest expectation. Communicated through email and staff have agreed for an early check in. However, during actual day, the room was not available, the first disappointment. After which reception informed that... More
