Here's what we found that needs to be improved: * Hotel safe didn't work and wouldn't open when we used correct code, they needed to come and open it for us * breakfast is not great at all - selection was noodles, egg, beans, toast, crap coffee - quality was just lacking especially for the price of MYR20 per person... It's a quite cheap hotel, and so the rooms aren't super modern or super clean. There is some dust one the floor, some stains on the bed sheets and some dirt in the bathroom. It wasn't too bad (related to the price) and i definitely liked staying there. The staff is also friendly and helpful (broken AC, change of room).... More

It is a nice hotel and the breakfast was really good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the rooms are not new. We didn't have time to explore the neighbourhood instead we used the taxi. The reception and the other staff were nice and friendly.

We booked this hotel for the second time, since we've been very pleasantly impressed by the lounge during our first stay here, that provided lots of drinks and snacks for free. But this time it was just a big disappointment! The room we got were very small, tv not working and pillow cases gray color. The first day we went... More

I stayed here on March 6th 2016 with my son. I got big room with bath tub. It's located in chowkit. Actually citrus hotel is little bit far from city center. Unfortunately i only stayed for about 3 hours because i have to reach my bus at nite.

Though the hotel is situated in the notorious region of KL, Chow Kit, but the morning and day environment of the surrounding is rather pleasant. Do not stray around during the night. Nice Bak Kut Teh around if you are bold enough to wander around in the middle of night. Other than that you will find the usual Mama store... More

Just what we needed for a few day's rest in KL from a few weeks hectic backpacking. Clean spacious room, big comfy King size bed, and proper shower! The rooms were a little shabby round the edges but it was perfect for us. The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool on the second floor which we had to our selves... More
