Stayed here for four nights at the end of a three week trip to Malaysia, and it is just a great hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite, but regardless, this is a top of the range hotel at a (relatively) good price. It has been put together with thought and imagination. Yes, its a 10 minute train ride into the city centre, but that is nothing compared to the additional luxury you get. As always, Breakfast is something you shouldn’t skip, love the rooms and view. People are genuinely friendly. We’ve enjoyed exploring city and shopping malls such as mid valley mega mall, sun way pyramid and KLCC. We did a four hours trip to strawberry festival and g.highland... also two nights to Singapore for one weekend was great experience. Everything has been thought of and it rates as the best hotel I have stayed in. We’ve already shared this place with our friends and family which already planning to book.…
Stayed overnight on a brief staycay on 23 May, amid a worsening covid spike. The place was on skeleton staff and the hotel was virtually empty. The pool, gym and spa were shuttered, as were the restaurants. Yet despite that, this place still maintained exceptional standards. The executive king rooms are fantastically appointed, having been upgraded recently, and were clean as a whistle. The bed was divine and the bath was big enough for a relaxing soak. The view of the lake was gorgeous too. And the smart TVs was handy. In the morning, a large breakfast was served in the room. Proving that even in a pandemic, the Hilton KL still provides high quality respite. I can't wait to return once all the amenities are open.
Been a frequent with Hilton hotels internationally and it is such a shame to see Hilton KL charging for ICE AND PLASTIC SPOONS. So, we come to your hotel, pay for our accommodation and we pay for ice and when asked for cutleries, we were then shoved with a bill each time. Is this how you treat guest these days? I’m a member with Hilton Honors too for quite sometime but didn’t expect such CHEAPSKATE hospitality. Plus, your receptionists have gotten very rude too. I understand these are unprecedented times, but some of us still need accommodation for work and we’re all in the business here. My last visit here in Feb was totally fine, no extra charges - but this is absurd. Paying for plastic spoons and ice, seriously?
We decided to visit Vasco’s for our first Ramadan buffet this year and it has been a simply outstanding experience for us; being it the service from the floor crews or the culinary offerings. We can feel the Ramadan ambiance as you observed wide array of local specialties, festive delights and traditional drinks, added by the special table setup featuring the Ramadan placemat and a batik runner in between. The entire staff was efficient despite the bustling environment and they spare no effort in making sure my evening was nothing but a spotless dining experience. Special mention to Mr Ambhu Nathan follows by Fauzi, Azzu, Sanjay and few other taking turns clearing dishes and attending to us. Please keep up the great effort and thumbs up to the entire team!
First time staying here(Dec19), nice accommodate ms Nani at reception checked us in, it was effortless, not much upgrade was given due to high occupancy at that time, but a complimentary extra bed for little one extended. Breakfast was sumptuous, with many sections to choose from, exec Lounge also offers an impressive variation with a view. Checkout, just drop the key, will be back if pass by that area, #saysafe
