This is from personal experience. The PIC of the quarantine, Mr Yogen, is an excellent help. He is superfast in his responses including in rendering helps to solve some issues. On the day of arrival, details (including photo) of the transport and location of the transport were clearly communicated. Despite the slow processes at the KLIA which took more than 3 hours, was able to meet up with driver within 15 mins. The check-in was fast. Room was upgraded, so room was in very good conditions with some new items. Appreciated the half wall windows. Food generally is adequate, not too salty, clean but almost the same though. Last but not least, the doctor in charge, Dr Fahim is very friendly, helpful and humble. Thanks all for the pleasant stay.

Stayed at the hotel for 10 days as the quarantine centre when I came back from the UK in Jan 2021. Contrary to others' experiences, I was happy with my stays. All the staff I have had contacts with were helpful and polite. As a Type 1 diabetic, the hotel made an excellent effort to meet my dietary need. The management even sent me almond powder and sesame walnut powder to make drinks if I was hungry. I also have no problem with the cleanliness and wifi connection. The decor was rather outdated, but the bed was comfy and with a view overlooking the KL Tower. Food was ok, but can sometimes be greasy and a bit salty to my taste. In overall, not bad for 10 days stay.

I uploaded some photos, judge by yourself if this is the kind of stay you want. Stained bedsheet, human hairs (doubtful if they even clean the room), human nails in between floor cracks, stained curtains, rude staff and management. Refund procedure is extremely difficult, need to keep chasing the manager, wrongly refund couples of time. Does not even deserved a star review. I come back from abroad after a long time and this my experience of hotel in Malaysia. Again, extremely rude and unprofessional management.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Firstly, RUDE MANAGER. No sense of professionalism, gave threats when I complained! Room was not even cleaned properly there is dirt marks. Pillow sheets are dirty! Duvet cover has yellow and pink stains on it!! The food is so bad. Unreliable wifi connection does not even work sometimes!! My toilet was broken when I came and only fixed 2 days later. Such a disappointment. Not recommended, worst mistake one can do is book here.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place where the hotel is located is very good. But, since I travel alone, I'm quite worry with the safety as a lot of foreigner keep go in and out of the hotel. The space of the room is quite small.

AVOID!!!!! Stayed for 4 Nights in this hotel which was booked 2 months before, the check in date, paid in advance full amount and while check in we have been given rooms which their staff use them on next building of the hotel. 1. We were not given the rooms which we actually booked 2. Staff giving nonsense excuses that you came 08:00 pm and we have given all other rooms to our other guests, so only these rooms available. 3. we were given 2 rooms which were far away from each other , which was very difficult for us to leave our kids away in the far away room, rooms were unhygienic and bedsheets were all with yellow marks on them all over. Mr. Manjit Singh is the worst person in this Hotel being a Manager, has started giving silly excuses. I Would Say to all persons who is going or planing to book this Hotel for their Holidays, Please consider this review and think twice to book this Hotel. I would not suggest to book this one at all, they will ruin your holidays and they will show up their rude behave and workload pressure while serving you. AVOID!!!!!
