Booked and paid online, for one night. A very good location, nice clean place with cosy rooms, and a big shower. Aircon, and fridge, and work desk, tv. The yard is very lovely to hang out, but the surroundings beyond the wall is pretty rough. The personel was really nice to me, and I did feel welcomed.

Two night stay here. Staff seemed friendly and polite although didnt really have much contact other than check in / out. Room was a bit dark due to it having only high level windows but was clean with a comfortable bed and decent facilities. Nice toiletries, tea, coffee, bottled water, fridge and room safe. Hotel is a bit tricky to...

Great location and a really cool hotel in one of the most vibrant parts of the city. However on a really negative note which I think is such a shame. The receptionist decided to steal the money paid for two extra days and I spent two hours trying to convince the staff that I had indeed paid. They were so...

First the good- the location was great, the hotel was well maintained and clean, well designed and with comfortable rooms. No breakfast, but close enough to many food places that this didn't matter. Now the bad- when we went to check out we found out that we had been overcharge- we had been charged for three nights although we only...

While the city of KL chases modernization opting for sleek, urban, and futuristic designs, The Yard takes a step back into the familiar architecture of a simplified Malay abode. I call it homely because it had only 12 rooms altogether, all facing a comfortable small courtyard where smokers can smoke and chill (rooms are non-smoking but you can puff away...

We stayed three nights here and although the room was a little small, we really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was huge and the rain shower was the best. We chose this hotel because it had a courtyard and we didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room, and we weren't disappointed. Sitting under the huge shady tree...

The Yard is small, gentle and quiet, tucked away in a back street of Bukit Bintang. To be honest, we were rather taken aback when we entered the room because until the key card is put into the slot, the room is dark, with no natural light. Once the lights are on, the un-painted walls give the impression of 'incompleteness'....

the yard is announced as a boutique hotel, but instead it is the lowest class of accomodation: old, worn-out, dirty, in-locked rooms!!! the surrounding is terrible as the so called hotel: you nearly feel in a slum with rats running around everywhere. we booked in advance two nights and arrived very late, but when we left in shock after the...

I was there last weekend in kl and planned for a stay in this hotel. The facilites given was fairly good but the spot light in the shower section was faulty and they could not replaced it as there was no spare bulb. The aircond was poor as if was not cold enough to cool up the room surroundings. We...

Maybe I'm over-excited but I've got to say that this place is exceptionally amazing, with their customer service oriented & friendly staffs, those vintage concepts and of course the cleanliness of the room has got us totally fell in love with! Good news is, there's varieties of seafoods & munchies for you to foodhunt if you can't sleep at night....
