The rooms were average but good amenities... breakfast were superb with a good spread. The location is good and its the tallest hotel in Malaysia. They have got plenty of rooms with different sizes and options.

I stayed here for two nights. Noticed few minor problems which when reported to management were not fixed. Breakfast buffet was OK but it was repetitive. Had same menu on both the days. I tried their Indian dinner buffet which was below average.

I am writing this review while still staying in this hotel. This was my second time here. I know this hotel is not like those other 5+ star luxury hotels around KL, but expecting the experience to be at least on par or better than my last visit. But like the title says... Disappointing. First, problem with lightings. Like every... More

This was a perfectly good hotel with a great outdoor pool and gym. Some parts were a little tired but you could see continual refurbishment taking place. The services available in the nightclub and spa aren't what you would find in an English hotel, tread carefully. Good value for money
