Its been 3 months since I have moved out of the Ritz after 17 years here and I am still suffering from withdrawal syndrome. My husband and I felt like we now have PTSD. If you are not afraid of having PTSD because your good life and good time has ended and you need to move out, here is the best place to stay for long term. Trust me, you cannot find another service apartment that provide such quality living and such warm hospitality in which staffs from managers to cleaners give you their very best! Location is tops!! Right in the heart of Bukit Bintang yet away from the crowd. The back street is Jalan Imbi which allows us to escape from weekend jam very easily. Lots of yummy F&B outlet from 1 star to 5 stars all within walking distance. Supermarkets, hair salon, massage, cinema, book shop, everything you need for a good life is all within easy reach Interior of the hotel is so beautiful and well designed be it lighting or layout. Plenty of space with 5 toilets and bath, 3 bedrooms, 1 study room, 1 maid's room so there is privacy for every member of the family Service is out of this world. I want to thank the GM Eric Tea who has been with the group for donkey years!! Also the security team led by Colin who is so hardworking, he is always there for as if he works 24 hours a day. His team is always quick to respond, very professional and efficient. Thank you Shah, Sukuman and Ratan (maintenance team) Duty manager Clarence and Vivien are my favorite not forgetting Diana and Natalie. Even after I moved out, they are still helping me and forwarding my mails. Sincere thanks to all the bell men who never fail to greet us with their big smile and warm welcome namely Sham, Bahar, Abang Din, Panir, Ryzy and Vino. They are always in good mood rain or shine or when hotel is over booked and they are overworked. After returning from a business trip, worn out, tired and exhausted, they are there to greet you by name, offer a listening ear and show empathy in the most sincere way Not forgetting Butler Zul who like me has been there for ages and our sweet housekeeping Nuri both whom deserve gold medal for their dedication to their jobs in not only doing it well but excel in every request you ask of them. I hope and dream that I will have the chance to come back one day but for now, I can only send my friends and business contacts. Another dream is that the suite wing will re-establish the residence lounge which allows long staying guests to gather and get to spend time with each other after a long hard day. I remember fondly how many of our neighbours choose to stay here just for this since we are all business travellers and away from our family, we manage to establish an extended family amongst the long staying guest which is priceless!! I hope the hotel will continue to keep all these loyal staffs and reward them well after all, hardware is easily replace but software (the human factor) is hard to come by especially so many of them have worked for more than 10 years…
The stay with the hotel was very comfortable and the service level from the reception, to the waiters and waitresses at The Cobalt Room (where we have our breakfast) are amazing! Especially Nilufa who is very attentive to her guests' needs and very friendly. Despite being in a building which has been around for 20 years, the maintenance of the place certainly does not feel that way. The room is very clean and well maintained. We had a great stay here and would recommend it to any one coming to KL!
Ultimate luxury within the city! The Ritz is the perfect place to perch yourself in the city whether looking to explore the city or enjoy the world class luxury experience and experiences that is The Ritz. The highlight of our stay was without doubt the Sunday Roast and The Afternoon Tea experiences. Sunday Roast was one of the best spreads we have ever seen, located in the tranquil surroundings of The Library. We started our experience with a Bloody Mary welcome drink, and accompanied our unlimited prosecco with our entrees and appetisers which included sushi, freshwater prawns, clams and an assortment of oysters with a dash of tobasco and splash of lime. We then accompanied our carvery with red wine. The carvery was splendid and delicious. Thick slabs of beef for him and Salmon fillet for her, both with all the trimmings you could ever need! Wine and dine to the tranquility of the live piano player. Our day consisted of waking up with views across the city in the lounge area of our deluxe suite, before heading to the extensive gym including sauna and steam room session. We also particularly enjoyed the tropical oasis of the large pool area within the city. A pleasant and refreshing escape from the bustling city below. Afternoon Tea was also a highlight of ours enjoyed in fresh white furnishings and the crystal chandaleer exuding a fine afternoon tea experience. Cakes, finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream and a fine array of teas to accompany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ritz, KL, and will stay here again when in the city! …
The hotel is the most luxurious and well appointed we have stayed at. The check in was welcoming and seamless. We had a king executive room that was spacious and comfortable. The club is exquisite with such a wonderful array of food and drinks from breakfast through lunch and high tea to dinner and evening drinks.
I’ve used the Club Lounge on a number of occasions. Thanks to a wonderful team especially Vellu, Nilufa, Rasel,Musaddiq and Faeez. Once again thank you for a wonderful stay.and keep up the excellent service
Returned to the Ritz Carlton after the pandemic . The hotel is conveniently situated next to Bukit Bintang , so great for shopping access. I once again had a corner room 915 which I love. Few changes to previously travelling before covid. No turn down service unless requested , do make sure you request turn down. The pool and fitness facilities are great. Understand staffing levels are not at full capacity so once back up to normal capacity , check in and out will be smoother. Breakfast still good and staff attentive.
Definitely no regrets choosing this hotel as our mini honeymoon! I was greeted with desserts and cute decor in conjunction with our honeymoon. The hotel staff (room service, reception, restaurant, concierge) were very very friendly, polite and helpful. Their service is no doubt top notch!! On top of that, the room was super clean and the amenities were great. Love the bathrobe's quality and bath salts were provided as well. The housekeeping even rolled my phone charger nicely 😅😅 Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, for business or personal stays - worth every cent spent! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and stay, Ritz Carlton KL team! Keep up the awesome job!!!
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur. My initial impression of the hotel was slightly marred as the receptionists tend to be rather frosty and not very welcoming however the front office manager Miss Vivian Fong was extremely helpful and and insured that I was welcomed. We stayed in a lovely room with lots of space and really appreciated having the luggage in a separate room. What are the interesting features of the room was there is a TV in the bathroom so that you can luxuriate in the bath or watching your favourite TV show. The club lounge was exceptional, the staff in the lounge were really attentive, professional and accommodating; nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and I would return to this hotel purely because of the lounge. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Pavilion shopping mall and close to public transportation.…
My experience with Ritz Carlton is amazing. Breakfast and service excellent Thibanraj and nilufa helped me and made me comfortable in Ritz Carlton. Keep up the good work folks. You do an amazing job and represent Malaysia. Thank you Regards Edline Peter
Room, service and food overall were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone traveling to KL! Breakfast spread was impressive, and the huge room size was a pleasant surprise. The pool is a bit small though. Overall still a very nice stay.
