Lovely lobby with a nice lounge - live singer in evenings was good. We stayed in Executive Room - Bed was comfortable n room cosy although the room seemed a little old and bathroom/sink area was quite small compared to other hotels. The buffet dinner spread at Lemon Garden was good although ambience not relaxing as the place was crowded with tables packed closely together. Executive lounge was cosy - peaceful place to have breakfast compared to the very crowded Lemon Garden cafe. Don’t miss the cute packets of nasi lemak at the lounge - very tasty & authentic with excellent sambal. We enjoyed the massages at the spa.

Great hotel. Breakfast really good choices. Room although not big was adequate. Staff both at breakfast and lobby area really friendly. Gym was amazing. Great equipment in gym itself and then steam room and jacuzzi in female only area.

Checked in for 4 nights at the premium selection suite. the first 2 nights was a disaster, certain part of the room was dusty, even have to change rooms for 4 times but yet the dust problem didnt manage to settle it, up till the last room then i managed to get a dust free room. I felt sorry for them, but i valued my life more as i have severe allergic reaction towards dust. Thanks to all the managers, kai chi, elizabeth, and the guy managers from front office who had been atteding me, even though i was using harsh word towards them. But really changing room for 4 times just to get a dust free room , and yet i am staying in suite room at a 5 star hotel, you guys be the judge. Sorry to shangrila KL but really you guys dissapoint me

Stayed on the horizon club floor. Great location and you could walk to most places within 10 to 15 minutes. A typical Shangri-la hotel. Good service and the club lounge was great to access anytime of the day. The tea and cocktail hours had lots of anapes and a good selection of drinks. Rooms spacious and amenities were great. Only minor flaw was that you could see the wear and tear on the furniture if u had a keen eye. Would surely recommend and they maintain top standards.

Staying for 3 nights, went to the spa on night 1. Arrived a little early but were allowed to enjoy the hot tub/steam room etc whilst we waited (be aware men and women’s are separate as we didn’t realise this at first) 90 minute massage with Aliah was amazing, completely relaxing and wonderful

As a Diamond member, I spend alot of time in the Horizon Club Lounge. The HCL in Shang KL is one of the busiest but the team lead by Ms Zie and Ms Thela was very impressive and did a good job to ensure service level was at the highest level. The team consisting of Haoren, Feez, Kuna, Syafiq, Shakir, Nizam, Chang, Rajan, Siva, Ina, Md Shah, Sharizal, Baktiar, Azizi and Yixin demonstrated good team work and made it a very pleasant stay. The Housekeeping was also very good and made the room very comfortable.
