I flew from London to Kuala Lumpur to see Master Chris Leong for my back problems, i stayed at Grand millennium from 18th May until 22May . I had the privilege and was fortunate to have met Fateh at the reception who was amazing, he helped me during my stay and answered all my questions and all my enquiries. He is very professional, friendly, efficient and so polite always with a smile . He went above and beyond to please the guests . A true gentleman. I also met an ex manager Mr Omar Fashah who thanks to him he arranged for me to see Master Leong and arranged for my treatment. He picked me up from the hotel. I met Omar 5 years ago where he helped my family while my son needed an emergency operation at Tung Shin hospital . Omar is a professional and naturaly a very nice person . I really wish one day Omar would work again at Grand Millennium as both Omar and Fateh are a wonderful team and would be a huge asset tonthe hotel . Thank you so much for making my stay enjoyable. The hotel is not 5 atar rating. I feel it is only worth 2 stars. The customer service was poor. We checked in the hotel at 3pm, and our luggage were delivered to our room around 9pm. Room quality was the worst. Lack of toiletries and dirty. Room was old, furniture cracked and moldy. Only one TV Chanel was available during our stay. We will never return to this hotel again. The only good thing out of our stay is the location.

Just back from another great stay at one of my favourite hotels. The room I was allocated initially had a few problems such as safe not working, shower not changing over to rainfall when button pressed and the carpet outside the bathroom door was damaged. On reporting these issues at the Club Lounge reception, I was immediately allocated a different room which had a queen size bed rather than king size but was otherwise fine. Thanks to Liz and Shima in the for arranging this. The remainder of my stay was great as usual and I was looked after extremely well by Hafiza and the team in the Club Lounge especially when arranging use of the meeting room for a presentation to customers and also during the evening cocktail hours where the selection of food and drinks available and the service was of the usual high quality.

I have stayed at The Grand Millennium a number of times, the previous in August 2022. Their location is perfect for easy access to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and for exploring the area. Each stay I have reserved Club rooms so that I would have access to their lounge and to enjoy the evening drinks and food. My major complaint and disappointment during this visit are the changes to the management of the Club Lounge. During my previous visits there was a trolley that was wheeled into the Club lounge between 6 and 8pm that had some spirits and wines where the staff and patrons could access and select their preferred beverage. Beers were also available in the fridge. My recent stay marked some significant changes and resembled a modern adaption of Charles Dickens’, Oliver Twist and a Christmas Carol. It appears that Scrooge has been put in charge of the alcohol and it is now hidden, out of touch and out of sight from guests. Also, gone are the cheery and attentive staff that provided such good service during my previous visits. Now when I was visited the lounge at 6pm the trolley was nowhere to be seen. At 6:20 pm I went to the kitchen service door and waited until a staff member appeared so that I could enquire about the location of the trolley and request a glass of wine. They told me that it had been permanently removed and that all drink orders had to go through a staff member. That may be fine if there were staff in attendance, however this was not the case. Later when I was ready for a refill, I had to go glass in hand and once again wait for a staff member to appear from the kitchen area to ask “please may I have some more”! They were in a hurry and told me to wait and that they would refill my glass when they returned. I did have a third glass, and yes, I had to go and wait by the door again, glass in hand! Why would you treat your Club guests with such disrespect and in such a manner? Syed, the one staff member who was occasionally available during my stay did his best and was polite and courteous and deserves some recognition. My next visit to KL will be in August and unfortunately, I will now be planning to stay elsewhere. I just hope that the hotel management read my review, sack Scrooge and bring back the Club experience of the past. It would appear that the hotel accountant and not the Customer Service Department has made a decision to try and save a few dollars resulting in a poor experience and now a loss of patrons.

Great location right at the center of Kuala Lumpur - walking distance to twin towers/ jln alor and next to huge shopping malls! Service staff is exception - Syed at the Club floor makes my morning all the more pleasant, knowing what i need. We had out gala dinner and the banquet team were great in the service amidst all the awards sessions and movement. Well done, Jamal, Jasjeet and team!

The place was great. The ambiance was good..Thanks to the supervisor, Noorien and her team Azrin, Kamarul, Amiruddin, Solhah abd Fayas for entertaining us. There are variety of foods and we enjoyed each of them. They even prolonged the time so we can taste all the food served. Thanks for the excellent services and we did have a great day celebrating Teacher’s Day here.

Nice hotel coz location exactly at city centre, can get everything nearby from mall, to food or any kind of shop. Food at hotel also nice. Great attitude given by all staff. Housekeeping staff also polite. Big room and amenities, to club lounge environment was perfect. Treated well by staff kama, syaid, shima, Liz and vicnesh. fareez serve us well with bag arrangement. Recommend to anyone.
