Booked one night and checked out for another hotel. Photo looked great when we booked. Had an apartment. Spacious but old and tired and need of renovation. When we checked in, I aw water along the bath tub and thought that this was from housekeeping. The amount of water increased and I had to call maintenance at 11pm. Could not be fixed as this was a serious issue. Was not resolved the next morning either. A very wet bathroom floor with water. When I mentioned to reception the next morning when I checked out - the response was disappointing. Thank you - I will escalate to maintenance. It was almost as if they knew about the issue. Breakfast was included in the apartment booking. Very low quality food. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. 5 STAR -Definetly not. Will struggle for 3 stars and I have stayed at a lot of hotels…
Stayed here as part of my office programme. Trying to secure our programme and accomodation was slightly a hassle but when we did get our accomodation, it was a comfy, clean room. Take note that the windows cannot be opened so if you are still cautious of COVID (at time of writing in 2022), you may want to find somewhere else. The pillows and mattress are soft and comfy, the lighting superb, they even have an espresso machine in the room! Wifi throughout the hotel has decent speeds too! Parking - You will need to park at level 5 onwards (or by the side of the road if you are that kind of person) before checking in. Once you get your room keys, you can then park for free at the basement parking. Gym and Pool - Pool is open at night with bright lighting. Gym is open 24 hours using your room keys. Pool and gym are well maintained. Food at the hotel - ONE OF THE BEST. The best spread is at breakfast. From Japanese to Arabic to Indian to Chinese, they basically have everything! Lunch is slightly lacklustre but still impressive with a slight focus towards seafood. Buffet dinner as of time of writing is only open for reservations on the weekends.…
Fantastic stay other than the slight glitch after the second night. Our room was changed almost ASAP by the duty manager, Nizam. We managed to get a king sized bed and they threw in a complimentary extra bed as well. Also made up with their cakes that were sent when we were out. It was a pleasant surprise to come back to. Plus, they also threw in complimentary bf for the 2 kids as well. Only gripe was, the mattress or bed was abit hard. But that’s alll.. nothing so major! Will definitely come back.
Very clean, service is great. Loctaion is very convinience.pool is clean too. Food is great. At night, across the road is food truck area, street food melaysian food. Nice. Hotel is Near to pavillion. Walking distance. Else, Escooter is around. U have to install apps.
Checked in for a one night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment is spacious and clean. Though furnishing isn't new, the apartment looks welcoming and cosy. Love the firmness of the beds. Each bedroom comes with a bathroom. Check in was a breeze. Staff was helpful and efficient. Breakfast is served at Sedap Cafe, offering asian, japanese, malay and western dishes. I think guests are spolit for choice! Location of apartment is strategic, with a 5 minutes walk to Pavilion and also a sheltered bridge linked all the way to KLCC. Would definitely return for another stay.
It was wonderful stay at this hotel, the hotel staff especially from the Executive Lounge provided excellent and yet friendly during our stay. Rina, Sue, Ida, Kamal and Silvia have gone extra miles providing their professional services and they are very customer-centric . Thank you again for leaving us a memorable and enjoyable stay in KL.
Stayed 2 separate nights. And the card access was problematic on numerous occasion when required to scan to go up to room level. The rude receptionist was too lazy to change the card. She asked if I tried the other lifts. Oh boy....am I suppose to go to every lift and see if the card allow access to my room level. This episode left a very bad impression on a otherwise acceptable hotel in a prime location.
Booked the suite. A little dated but clean rooms and great service from all the staff in Pullman made up for it. Would have rated a 5 if the rooms was upgraded. Also going for the hotel is it's excellent location in KL.
Clean rooms. Good Customer service. Wide spread Buffet breakfast. Great location. Convenient free parking. Swimming pool was adequate and nice. Good Service at front desk. Had an enjoyable stay at Pullman.. Will be back again soon. Thank you 😊
Booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. The 1 bedroom apartment is located at its residence block. It does have good space which would suite people family travelling with kids. However, the furnishings were outdated and it doesn't make us feel that we were on vacation. We did have a quiet night of sleep though. Approached the check in counter the next day and see whether there is any chance we could swap our room to the hotel block (1bedroom apartment is sold at a price higher than their deluxe and grand deluxe room). Mr. Nizam was attentive and granted our request. A deluxe room at top floor was arranged for us which we like it very much. All in all, I would definitely recommend the hotel block. Looking at the furnishings of the room in the hotel block and given that the hotel is located at a sweet spot, it could be sold at higher price if the hotel could improve the line during check in/out and breakfast. Breakfast is one of those breakfast which emphasized on quantity rather than quality, maybe it's time for a change? Shoutout to Mr. Nizam, very great job=)…
