Good location in bukit bintang, near alor street (heaven for food) and only 3 mins walk to sungai wang plaza from the hotel. But the room were too small and the cleanliness need to be improved. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is my go-to choice for budget accommodations in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room can be quite cramped however it was comfortable for a short stay. The air-conditioning in our room was quite hot, I guess it needs maintenance servicing. It can be quite noisy in the morning so if you are a light sleeper, you may... More

the only bads: hotel room is a bit dark needs more lighting perhaps, bathroom glass door creaks loudly (our room anyways), no great window views from lower floors but acceptable and one of two of the split unit a/c was noisy. worthy mentions: GREAT location, Pavilion KL is a walk away literally around the corner, lots of convenience stores around,... Have you ever stayed in a hotel where you were afraid to write a good review as it would make your next booking potentially harder as a result of a good review? Well, my 'Mixed Feelings' is about just a selfish reason to do so here. Now I've stayed at great hotels in KL like the Ritz C that absolutely... More

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and despite a few problems upon checking in we really enjoyed our stay. .Our room was located on the top floor and had a lovely view of the Petronas towers. The room was clean and fairly spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable. Our only complaint would be the lack of wardrobe. all you get... More

Me and fiance stayed for 5nights at this hotel. Room 609 at 6th floor. Soo many cons than pros.. Pros: 1. Acceptable price 2. The only person that was very friendly to us was just the security guy (atleast he smiled and greeted us compared to the receptionist guys) Cons: 1. The sink pipe was broken and only can go... More

Outrageous, horrying hotel! Product : Very tiny room. Everything purple feels like a smurfet. Extremely dark corridors - you might need a head / torch light when you walk. Very dark room Small bed Their definition of Zen looking hotel truthfully means black dark to cover dirts and dust. Air-condition is just an air blower Towel rack broken No wardrobe... More

5th time here but regulars are 'whatever' to them. Not all rooms are up to standard now. Room 306 has no blind curtains - the management really need to get this done cause when the room is dark and you want some natural light in, there's no privacy if you draw the blockout curtains open as people living in the... We've only spend 1 day in Kuala Lumpur and it was nice to stay here. All the staff was helpful, hotel cleanliness is average, room was okay and worth the price, near with station and malls. The hotel also provide taxi to the airport and it cost RM 100
