This hotel is over-rated. More suited to 2 star rating, and looks like a cheap hostel. Transportation only by taxi to city centre, as the metro train station is too far to walk under the hot sun, ie, about 30 minutes. At night, not safe to walk through lonely path across the hospital. The room is big, but not very...

The hotel location is smack in the middle of the Kelang Valley. The hotel is linked to a private hospital located next to it. In front is Institut Jantung Negara. A very well known government hospital specialising in human Heart and associated disease. Access to the hotel should be done during non peak time - 10am-12pm or after 7pm/ There...

I've stayed at the hotel once and that would be the last time. Like others, the only reason why people choose this place is because it is just a walking distance to IJN, Hospital Pusrawi and HKL. If you have no business at these places, don't bother to spend a night here. I have no grouse regarding the room. The...

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews but the reviews were really over rates. We were assigned a corner room which was bright. Unfortunately the TV which was a piece of antique did not work, the tiny flourescent tube above the dressing table was fused, the stopper in the sink was missing, the room attendant forgot to replace...

I had to put up with this hotel as I had to attend a meeting in this hotel for 2 nights. I was hoping that the price would justify the facilities and not to mention the convenience. Unfortunately my nightmare just began. The car park was devoid of proper signage and looks very lonely and quiet. Had some difficulty locating...

We put up at this hotel for 2 nights for a competition my child was in. Although the room was very clean, we could not get a good night s sleep as the room was facing the highway and opposite the National Heart Institute. Sirens were blaring almost throughout the night and traffic noise continued all night. The electric kettle...

The rate is quite expensive for an executive room and it's quite far from eateries & shopping places. The lighting in the corridor exudes gloomy & spooky atmosphere upon entering the room. My husband and I had checked in at around 4 am after we finished dealing with wedding preparation next door, and before entering the room we found that...

We three friends stayed there for 3 nights. We arrived Bukit Bintang, KL around 05.30 AM that is why we faced great problem to get a hotel. Pros: They allowed us to early check in at 6.00 AM. Cons: 1. Rate was 10 RM more from regular rate as they allowed us to early check in. 2. They took all...
