Mandarin Pacific Hotel is conveniently located about a 5-walk from Pasar Seni station which is only one stop away from KL Sentral on the Kuala Lumpur LRT system and within the city’s Chinatown. It is easy to get from here to all of KL’s tourist attractions either on foot or by LRT and Monorail and there are plenty of restaurants...

Free wifi is the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel. Other than that it is an A-Z of horribleness: room stank due to damp and stale cigarette smoke. Damp was on walls as well as mould. Carpet was worn, filthy and with stains on it. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned - floor was...

It’s a typical hotel. Not fancy or outstanding but peaceful and acceptable. Manager was nice to throw in free breakfast last few times but alas no more due to economic downturn. Luggage storage system was very good. The rooms are quite spacious. Cleaning staff very good. Toilet okay now but central aircon still needs improvement (a manual shutter would be...

This hotel is average in quality and maintenance but superb location in the china town , just within distance walk from LTR pasar seni station . Located on the main Jalan sultan, the hotel is average in its facilities with coffee and tea to make on your own , hot water is not constant . The ceiling and furniture are...

Location of the Hotel is Super Good. Clean room with comfortable mattress, pillow and blankets. Toilet and bath are separated but the sink is not much clean. We have breakfast by 4 days but food options are less. I think they need to improve much better food, and a lot of choices to. Over all stay! Great.

We were recommended to book via booking.com which was indeed cheaper. The girl behind the desk didn't want to believe it and let us pay more and said we had to come back the next day for the overpaid part. She then told us the room wasn't ready at 12, we had to come back at 2, we did. Room...

Clean room with comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets. Toilet and bath area is segregated. Quiet environment which enables a good night's sleep. Great location which enables easy access to any part of KL. The only con is the centralised super-cold air con, but this is easily rectified by bringing some sweaters to keep oneself warm or asking the hotel for...

The hotel is in china town and not in city centre as the address says. you can take a train to Plaza Ryankt and the hotel is just 5 min walk if you prefer. taxi people sometimes confuse it with mandarin Oriental, which is next to petronas tower and is a 5 star hotel. the rooms are nice but a...
