We stayed 5 nights in a private room with shared bathroom. The rooms are clean and so is the bathroom (but that is more up to the guest then the hostel I would guess). There is a self service attitude that is good, have you eaten breakfast? -good, clean your plate and cup. The attic bar serves breakfast that is...

Great location, close to the metro and central market. Duplex rooms are great size, you get a sofa and comfy bed above. Building can get quite hot but air con in rooms is good. No window in some of the rooms. Everything is clean. Good showers.

My friends and I stayed at the TravelHub Guesthouse for 2 nights recently. Lobby Area looks friendly with a nice decoration and a book shelf. As you reach the top of the stairs, you need to take off your shoes and walk to your room with bare feet. Not suitable for travellers with huge suitcase/luggage as it's difficult to carry...

We stayed in the suite (probably the only room with a window, this is quite common in this part of the world). The room was very good, although it was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed there. The rooftop bar is not very big but it was nice. This street is probably not the best in the neighborhood...

If you like spiral staircases and combined toilet/shower wet rooms then this is the hostel for you. Place is pretty clean. We got the dud room mentioned in the review below but the A/C wasn't working so they moved us upstairs. Much quieter, no window in the room but it was larger with working A/C. Location is really good, staff...

The location in the city and the rooftop bar were awesome and the toilet and showers were clean. Those are the good parts of this place. Yet we were still dissapointed. We booked a big room with a twinbed, but after check in we got a very very small room that fitted two small 1 person beds and a small...

First of all, I am deeply disappointed on hearing about your experience with us. About the room placement, I would like to investigate further about this issue. In our premise, we only have a single twin room which is the one occupied. Due to the inexperience of our staff about the rooms, I would apologize on behalf on giving you...

We had a double room. We had few issues from first day. The receptionist (male) was extremely unhelpful with a bossy attitude. In some occasions he entered our room without knocking the door. The main issue is that this behavior was acceptable in the hostel. The guy who runs the bar upstairs told me to come the day after to...

Hello, I have done and investigation based on your review you have given and I believe this was some sort of a misunderstanding. According to my staff, you were using the common room computer to access inappropriate websites which makes some of the guests uncomfortable. Thus, those guests had made a complaint to the receptionist which you mentioned and he...

This hostel is like hostels should be. Friendly staff, common areas, good working wifi, clean, good breakfast and a very nice in-house bar, open to externals. If you combine that with a cheap price a good location near Chinatown, you have one of the best choice for KL.

This place is a gem for backpackers. Place is nice, clean, cozy. Attic bar upstairs is awesome, everything has its atmosphere. 1 stop by train from Sentral, approx 70 minutes travel from airport (if you're using bus). 10 minutes walk from the train station. 3km walk to Petronas towers, 5 minutes to china town. Good places to eat & convenient...
