Travellers Palm was our favourite place to stay in Malaysia! Suzy is amazing, so super helpful with pointing us in the right direction, suggesting day trips and the best way to get around etc. And any other questions or requests she was so happy to help! Comfortable stay, with a cute little courtyard out the front to sit and relax....

The hostel is fine. Not spacious but clean. But the caretaker guy, Saeed is his name, he stole my sunglasses right in front of me but wouldn't admit. I stayed there 3 nights and last day he nicked my shades. I mean whats the point of staying at a place where your belongings aren't safe.

What a nice Host! Suzi was extremely helpful, polite and managed a great hostel. The hostel is located in a great location, vibrant bars, food stalls and restaurants. The hostel is peaceful during the nights and you can't hear any of the busy street. My bed was comfy and the hostel is great value for money. Highly recommended.

We booked 2 days at this hostel after reading the fairly good reviews. On arrival, we were led into our room, outside our door was a filthy hallway which was cluttered with rubbish and old broken bits and bobs. The stench of damp filled our room, it was unbearable! It wasn't clean, and there were patches of mould in various...

We really felt sad to leave that place after nearly a week because it really felt like home there. Especially because of the super sweet manager and the very helpful stuff. With the beautiful little garden the travellers lodge is an oasis in that busy town. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning sun on our private balkony or while...

Overall, our time at the Travellers Palm Lodge was good experience. Our biggest pros: 1. The people here are really kind, accommodating, and incredibly helpful for any question we had 2. It is a secure place and they kept our belonging safe (we are traveling by bicycle so this is always a concern for us) 3. It seems to be...

First all nice but when I and my friends were told we were not allowed to have other people in the room (we paid for a room for more people) we guarantees it wouldn't happen again and apologized. We also offered to pay in advance so that she would know we would not break the rules again. I never had...

I was overwhelmed to see such a warm welcome on arrival when I had firstly stepped into the premises of Travellers Palm Lodge. This is one of the best and a very budget friendly hostel located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. You can relax here, get recharged, refresh yourself.

The first room where we were supposed to stay smelled terrible and there were black spots on the wall. Staff was lovely and helpful when I told that I'm allergic to mold and can't stay in the room. We were offered to get our money back or get other room from the upstairs. It was late and we had had...
