The hotel is located at Jalan Ampang area, which 3-5 minutes to KLCC by car. Not a walking distance from nearby train station and grabcar will be RM5 from KLCC there. There is a supermarket on the opposite side which 3mins walk from the hotel, which is an advantage is you need to buy anything and they do sell bakery, tea and coffee too. The 1 bedroom apartment is consider spacious with 2 TVs. Kitchen is with a small fridge. Bowls, plates, spoons, folks are available. A microwave, rice cooker and a toaster are available too. Living room and bedroom have individual control aircon. Bedroom is with big wardrobe if you have many things and a lot of cabinets and storage area too. It really feel like a home instead of hotel room. Bathroom is spacious with bath tub also. At first I would like to give 5 stars to my stay as the booking is smooth and the check in is fast. But the first day after I check-in, I noticed that the bathroom is with 2 bottles of body lotion and 2 bottles of shampoo. So, I called to ask for the shower gel. After waited for 1-2 hours, I still not yet the the shower gel and I called again. But, sadly no once send me the shower gel. Luckily my toiletries bag have a soap and I use it for my shower. On next day, housekeeping only clean the room at around 6pm and they replenish the toiletries with 1 bottle of body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Therefore, they had mistaken it on the first day. I hope a 4 stars hotel can be more careful and the housekeeping hours can be earlier too. During this pandemic period, I hope the hotel can sanitise the area more frequent. For the room, put the signage after they had clean or sanitise the room so the guests feel safer. Anyway, hope have chance to stay here again. The front desk guy (Aiman, if not mistaken), he is very friendly.…
Great promo on the "eat & drink all you can" It is sure value for money. Centrally located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. They also offers driver services to drive your car back with a fee. The service crew were attentive and the GM - Mr Jung also a hands on leader assisting in the entire operations . Will return!
My company recently hosted an event here which we were granted to stay in as well, prior to the event. I had such an amazing stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Their food is amazing. Their hospitality is really warm and inviting. All their staff were really helpful. Would definitely drop by here again for a staycation.
We book a deluxe room through Agoda. When we check in we are told to upgrade for a king size bed since our room are twin bed. This is not our first time to upgrade. I asked the reception why each time we check in, we are told to upgrade and pay RM60 if we want the king bed. This is a ripped off. Then we are told our room do not include breakfast which really pissed me off. I ask the reception since we paid for the upgrade aren't we supposed to have the breakfast?? He then said have to ask the manager 😠 I think the hotel is trying to make money out of all these which I don't agree. Will not come back anymore again.
