Lovely place to stay, old colonial style building, very spacious rooms with helpful and attentive staff. The lounge/bar area was extremely pleasant, welcoming and relaxing with free beverages including alcohol and snacks. Our room was huge by usual Japanese standards with a large bath, wonderful amenities and very clean. Only disappointments were peeling wallpaper and stained lampshade in our bedroom...

The hotel is nice, the rooms a bit outdated. The staff was friendly and helpful but language skills poor. Breakfast was to bare minimum. This would be a four star review but.... The beds in the room! Flimsy cheap, broken soft but yet hard mattresses worthy of not even a half star. Pillows like a sacks of potatoes... Apparently it...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was largish by Japanese standards. About a seven minute cab ride from Nagasaki central about 1000 yen. Near Glover's Garden. The staff informed us we could by a tram card at the hotel for 500 yen. This allows you to use the tram system for 24 hours, it was a great...

This is an old colonial style building and the rooms are absolutely lovely. Great service and management where very accomidating. As others mentioned the location is good and they have free drinks. Sitting out on the balcony over looking the harbour and life is good :)

Very nice hotel, good location. Only minutes walking to Glover Garden and close to china town. Room is cosy and bed is very comfortable. Staffs are very nice even though they don't speak much English. Free drinks available from 7 till midnight.

Great lounge with free draft beer, soft drinks and Nespresso. Comfy chair, nice bed and pillow, organic toiletry set, noon check out. Yes, the building is bit old, but it's location and hospitality makes this place a good choice in Nagasaki. 12時チェックアウト、落ち着いたラウンジでフリードリンク、お食事も器まで最高、充実したアメニティー、ベッドも良くてゆっくり休めます。スタッフのサービスも秀逸です。リピートしたいです。

We had to find a hotel in Nagasaki very last minute and ended up taking the hotel available for our days there. On this background we weren't sure what to expect, but it was a very positive surprice. This hotel is very cosy, it's a bit like an old French hotel, however the atmosphere is very Japanese. Eventhough the owners...

The hotel locates in Minami Yamatemachi, very near to Glover Garden, Ōura Church... Having a calm atmosphere, nice balcony view with budget price, the hotel is highly recommendable. Though Front Desk didn't speak much English, he was trying his very best to offer help and I'm so thankful to that. However, the one-way uphill path that leads to the hotel...

Stayed here for 2 nights. What i like about the hotel is - location is near to the well worthwhile visiting Glover Gardens. Tucked in a nice quiet corner of the city but yet near to the action - just 3 min walk to tram station and another 10 min by tram to downtown. And you can catch free shuttles...
