We stayed in the non-smoking deluxe double room, which was modern and nice. The hotel seemed to be new or newly renovated. They provide charging cables for our mobile devices and power sockets next to the bed which was useful. We like the hotel's eco-friendly touch. They provide complimentary bottled water to encourage you to reuse your bed linen. The...

A decent Hotel, the room quite small, If you wanna a bigger room, select the two separate double bed, come with a additional door in between the bathroom, so that it won't cause disturbance while another one's still sleeping. It's within 3 mins walk to the train station, lots of eatery nearby, & also 10 mins walk to China Town,...

As a mid range hotel, this hotel has great value for money. Building and rooms are new and modern (many hotels in Nagasaki are old) and it is located in the middle of local restaurant/drinking district and very close to the local tram station for sightseeing. Many tourist spots in Nagasaki such as Glover garden, Ohura Church, Dejima, Gunkan island...

I was surprised when I arrived here because the hotel was in the center of downtown in Nagasaki city. Several young ladies invited me to visit their bars. The room is clean and neat. No problem. The typical Richmond Hotel quality.

I found myself at this hotel by accident and was lucky to find a room at a great price and there was a promotion so that breakfast was included. The breakfast was really amazing and especially because it was free - it was a mix of traditional Japanese and European. Also the staff was awesome and one night a friend...

We spent four nights here recently on our trip round Japan and loved the Richmond! The staff are amazingly polite and lovely and the room is fantastic - we had a spacious double with a desk, seating area and loads of luggage space. Plus a little entrance lobby with cupboard and the bathroom. The room was nice and clean with...

Great location near Shianbashi tram stop, walking distance to glover gardens, Dutch slope and Chinatown. Quiet hotel, very clean, spacious by Japanese standards for the price. excellent enormous wide choice Japanese breakfast. I think if you don't want Japanese food it seemed a bit sparse, but I like to eat Japanese food in japan. The braised pork was to die...

Difficult to fault....the rooms are a decent assize (for a Japanese city hotel, the breakfast is excellent and the hotel staff are so helpful and friendl. It's in a decent spot too...near the attractions of china-town, a decent shopping precinct and a tram stop.

Our family stayed in this hotel during the Kumamoto earthquake period. JR from Fukuoka was suspended as we had to find alternative transport to get to Nagasaki. The hotel staff was prompt in answering emails assuring us they would hold the rooms for us. When we checked out, my son realized that he had left his name tag in the...
