Hotel staff refused to allow the tour bus to drop the luggage for all passengers in front of the hotel and this almost caused our driver and their manager to come to blows. Hotel staff were confused and they had pre planned room allocations on our behalf despite having given our group to arrange the right rooms for all tour... More

We stayed here for three nights on one of the upper levels. Overall we had a really good stay. Slept so well. + great staff, helped us to sort out a ferry booking to Hashima we stuffed up. + room was bigger than average for this price point, + easy to find and so close to supermarket and restaurants. +... Room with two single beds. Wifi available in hotel room. Internet socket available. Good! Simple room with a electric kettle Room has a bit of cigaratte smell when we first step in. Hard time to figure out turn on electric, and shower tap. Staff is helpful & friendly to help. Just 3 minutes walk to 7-eleven to buy mineral water.... More

This hotel is very well located and is close to many good restaurants and public transport. However The rooms are nothing special, the elevator is very small and we had some trouble with our key getting in the room. The room it self was quite small but served it's purpose.

This hotel has definitely seen better days and is now showing it's age. The rooms are of course clean (being Japan) but do look quite worn down. They are surprisingly large for Japan and are well appointed with a flat screen TV and free wi-fi. Of some concern however was a very strong and somewhat unpleasant odor in the (non-smoking)... Good hotel in the middle of central Nagasaki next to the street cars (tram) stop that will take you anywhere in the city. Hotel is located close to the shopping arcade and China town. All with good restaurants. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me with tickets for Hashima Island and directions to... More

The main reason we booked this hotel was because it was the only one in Nagasaki (and I contacted a lot) that I could get to confirm that we could get connecting rooms – one single room (which had one double bed) and one twin room (which had two double beds). Perfect for our family of five, and apparently they... More

Situated in a great area for shopping and dining, everything is walking distance, trolley's, buses, grocery and plenty of places to eat. Hotel is nice and rooms are a good size for Japan, if you stay on the 10th floor they are much bigger. Rooms are a bit outdated and in need of upgrade, especially the carpets but the rooms... More

The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the covered shopping streets and Chinatown. The room is standard size but considered big in Japan. The hotel is a bit old but kept well and clean, I think it used to be Holiday Inn, and new split-type air-conditioner is fitted. Free in-room... More

This is an odd hotel, with neither facade nor back on the street. You enter through a lane-way in the front and, in the back, the access is through the bar onto a wide shopping lane. It is convenient as there are shops nearby, grocery stores, tram stops and it is an easy walk to almost everywhere. However, the bar... More
