Hanshin Hotel in Osaka has a very good and strategic location from which to go anywhere in the Kansai region. Connectivity is excellent. Only comment is the aircon which is not cold at all despite turning it down to 22 degrees. Some Male front desk staff can also be more friendly. Otherwise a good hotel.

We booked two nights at hotel Hanshin through booking.com and on arrival were advised that in fact two rooms had been booked under our name. The staff were very accommodating and though it took some time we were able to cancel one booking for no additional charge, but when we entered our room to discover many hairs in the bathroom...

Booked for 3 nights, location is good. Just across fukushima station. Took train from the airport. Very near to Osaka station 10-15min walk or 5min by train. Have food district near by if u try to walk around. Have Onsen water in the room. Have convenient store just beside the hotel.

23rd Floor. Room a bit small and very little storage space. But very clean and all mod. cons. Wallpaper beginning to part at the seams, and some marks that could be removed. Only two lifts to service 11 floors of guest rooms, so tends to be a wait. Extremely helpful and friendly (and patient) staff. Good hotel, but didn’t quite...

Stay for 3 nites. The staffs are so charm and warmed greeting us.Located nearby Fukushima station, surrounded with many restaurants. The room is clean. Amenities are well provided. Only one station away from Osaka station. Highly recommended with affordable price for staying in Osaka.

The hotel is located just across Fukushima Station in Osaka. My friend booked a room for me without asking about my allergy and I was shocked to get a room in smoking floor. When I told the front desk staff that I have tobacco allergy that can lead to asthma, then he changed my room to a non-smoking floor. The...

To sum it up, my husband and I had a great time staying at this hotel. We will come back again! The Guest Relation Officer, YUMIKO WAKIMOTO was the top! She bend backwards in assisting us getting around Osaka and to the Airport. Even in the rain, she ran out and pointed the Yakitori restaurant which we were looking for....

We stayed a couple of nights on our tour of Japan. The location is across the road from Fukushima Station which is on the Osaka loop line which made travel all the easier. The rooms were small but comfortable, clean and provided all the necessities. There are many restaurant and bar choices in easy walking distance and many more in...

Dirty bedsheets, mould on AC, dust everywhere. Lacks that Japanese standard, feels like I've found a place in other parts of China. Understand it is a business hotel, but they could have at least kept it clean. Not to mention the AC doesn't really work.. Goes from warm to cold to warm, ended up just turning it off and using...
