+: Location is good because near busy street, lot of food, entertainment, and train station. Staff in front office is very helpful and kindness. -: Room quite dirty and smelly like old building, lift still repaired only one lift operated, room door key still using steel key not using magnetic card like modern hotel, electricity quite dangerous, desk and cabinet...

Location is central. The property is very old and smelly. The room was VERY OLD and furniture was VERY OLD. The hallways had a very OLD odor that lingers everywhere. No closets to store clothes. It was depressing to stay in this property. I cut my trip short by a day!

Stayed here for 5 days during my trip at Osaka. The location of this hotel is very central. It was only a 10 minute walk from the Airport Limousine stop (hotel new hankyu) and 10 min walk to the JR line. There is a convinient store right beside our hotel and if you walk 5 minute, there is a street...

Stayed here 5 nights. Hotel in the middle of umeda and takes some finding. From umeda subway or Osaka Jr, just walk toward Whity town or hankyu men store or namco building. Reached and go above ground, you will see the hotel. 2 policemen are directing traffic in front of the hotel always. Room is small as of japanese business...

Stayed here for 4 nights. It is located in the Umeda area close to the train stations, shopping, dining and night life. It was always easy to find my way back because it is located next to the HEP 5 ferris wheel. Although the hotel is a little bit dated, the staff were lovely and the rooms very clean.

This hotel has perfect location, borders the red light district, the commercial center, and business area. All your needs are at your doorstep, including the train and subway. The room is small, so know your partner because there will be no space for separation. The room is clean with modern amenities such as shampoo, soap, air freshener, etc etc etc....

Good location as conveniently located within walking distance from the JR station. Staff are friendly too. Rooms are decent, although small but surprisingly the bathroom is big and with a bath tub. My only concern is the prostitutes will hang out at the hotel entrance to get customers. There are few lanes that you could take to reach this hotel,...

This hotel is not new and should be renovated. The greatest drawback is a strong smell of the mold in the room, bathroom and ventilation. It spoiled all other pros: clean bedlinen and towels, convenient location etc. A street with girls "of easy virtue" is right near the hotel so in the evenings it is not pleasant to come back...

No issue that the hotel is just next to the lane leading to the red light district. The pimp or prostitutes will not bother you if you reject them kindly. A 7 minutes walk to the Osaka station and 3 minutes walk to a nearby subway. We can see the red HEP 5 from our hotel room window (HEP 5...

Excellent location, near enough to Train Station and Underground. Most of all, Food Street is nearby on the same street, stretching across a few streets. Underground passage mall is big enough to have lots of food outlets with decent Japanese food, along with some western food. Mini Markets nearby ... Small rooms, but decent by Japanese standards. Well equipped, with...
