So it might be small for the guests who have big stuffes. We are sorry about that. On the other hand, we are happy to hear positives about locations. Thank you for... More

This new chain of hotel I recently came across is a pleasant surprise, clean & tiny room in the heart of Osaka. With convenient subway station a few minutes walk from hotel. On our return to Osaka, ended up booking at MyStays Otemae as Kansai peak season made it difficult to book in Kyoto. Looking forward to see if this... More

The hotel clean, nice decoration, but like hotel in Japan so tiny, litte bit hard for us to open our baggage. Location good, but little bit hard to find it, cause you can't see the bilboard of hotel from Shin Osaka Station The staff warm and professinal and can speak english. The equipment of room is ok. Welcome to Japan. This moderately priced business hotel is quite well equipped with refrigerator, electric teakettle, hairdryer. A place for every thing, a thing for every place. As such there is little room for your stuff. A suitcase can not be left open. There is no extra floor space or luggage rack space. Wifi worked well. There is a microwave... More

Close to the Shin Osaka railway station provides access to central Osaka. The rooms are very small with no storage room; would suit overnight stays with no luggage. The small room had about 4 useless scatter cushions on the bed and with no storage became another obstacle in the room. The hotel is modern and clean.

We arrived at this hotel with two separate bookings for two rooms. One booking was fine, we got the room we ordered. The second booking resulted in a disaster. During check-in my brother was asked if he wanted a smoking or non-smoking room to which he replied that although he is a smoker he would like a non-smoking room as... More

Stayed with a group of 7 for 4 nights as part of a work/holiday visit to Japan. While it presented good value, the rooms were tiny to say the least. I thought I would be sleeping with my suitcase until I managed to create a space under the 'desk'. Barely enough roo to get out of bed. Shower cubicle was... More

I would suggest the twin room if you have two guests. The two of us had to stand sideways to get pass each other just to go to the bathroom! It sounds ridiculous..almost comical...but i kid you not. The hotel is conveniently located near Shin Osaka Station. BUT you need to know which exit is closest to the hotel for access. Its walking distance alright BUT with heavy bags its quite a challenge. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location of this hotel is very convenient to the Shinkanzen station. Excellent value for money all things considered. Maybe the room is a little small for a couple, but consider that space is much smaller in Japan than in Europe and the US.
