Extremely friendly and helpful staff who did everything to make us comfortable from the wonderful room to the delicious breakfast buffet! The French toast with whipped cream was especially delectable and Ms. Nakamura provided us with the recipe. Client service representative actually walked us out of the hotel and directed us to the train!
Special afternoon treat with a friend. Delicious scones, savouries, and mini desserts beautifully presented on Wedgwood crockery by attentive staff who all spoke great English. At 6900 yen it is an affordable treat for a special day. The menu is in English and Japanese. We enjoyed mini muffins with whisky-infused beef, salad, savoury jelly, plain and orange scones with clotted cream and home-made raspberry jam, mini desserts: cheesecake, apple pie, chocolate and lemon ganache, and a pot of tea in its own pretty Wedgwood teapot. There was a choice of tea and also a nonalcoholic tea cocktail on arrival. Would really recommend for a luxurious afternoon out. In these uncertain times, the hygiene, social distancing, screens and layout of the dining room were very reassuring. Smart loos, too! An affordable afternoon of luxury.…
The staff were not very friendly and not very helpful. They asked us to let the people behind us go before us. It didn’t feel like we were welcome. I would not recommend coming to this Ritz Carlton, go elsewhere instead.
It was my first stay in here and I was so satisfied with great staffs' hospitalities and nice room. I will definitely come back again. 今回が初めてのリッツカールトン滞在だったのですが、素晴らしいスタッフの対応と素敵な部屋に満足しました。 また必ずお伺いしたいと思っています。
The Ritz Carlton Osaka is indeed one of the Best hotel I could say for sure that we ever stayed. From the arrival though the departure, we received a very Warm Welcome with huge smile. The room was very classical and sophisticated and it was spotlessly clean with beautiful Osaka view. We had a chance to experience at diner at Tempura By Hanagatami. All the dishes were delicate and beautifully presented. They were delicious. The Club Lounge had an amazing Osaka view and relaxed atmosphere with fabulous non alcohol drinks. I would definitely recommend the Ritz Carlton Osaka to all of who are looking to stay in Osaka. Lastly but the most importantly, thank you very much to all the staffs; Mark San , Kurumatani san, Fukana san, Kunishi san and other staffs whom I’m sorry that I do not have names to say but thank you very much for making the stay the most memorable one.…
The Ritz in Osaka is situated in a very visitor-friendly location, especially as we only had an overnight to explore the city. The staff was very warm and inviting, and the corner room was a restful oasis after a busy day. Highly recommend!
This was the first Ritz Carlton hotel I had ever stayed in. Since then I have also stayed in the Ritz Carlton in Singapore and Tokyo. But my first time in a Ritz Carlton was such a wonderful experience. I was impressed by its luxury and room size. I had a corner room on a high floor with a great view of Osaka city below. I just loved the desk at the glass corner of the room. And the bathroom was so big. The hotel is near Osaka Station in the north part of the city. It is connected to the train station by a long tunnel so you can avoid street traffic and walk underground all the way to the hotel. However, I would recommend taking the limousine bus from the airport which drops you off right at the front entrance of the hotel. Around Osaka Station in the north part of the city are several shopping malls, department stores and shopping street all within easy walking distance. There is also Namba in the south part of the city. You can take the train or subway from Osaka to Namba. Namba has many shops, department stores and restaurants. It's definitely a must go area. Ritz Carlton is of course not cheap but the level of luxury is so much higher. Give it a try especially on a special occasion.…
Highly recommend this hotel, Ritz Carlton Osaka made an great experience during my entire trip in Japan. I stayed at so many luxury hotels in Japan. Mnadarin Oriental Tokyo, Imperial Hotel Tokyo, ANA Intercontinental Tokyo, Four Seasons, Hoshinoya Kyoto. No doubt this hotel is in the top 3. The staff was friendly and room was quite large and fully equipped, and breakfast buffet was excellent and live up to the Ritz Carlton high standard. Would like to stay at St. Regis Osaka one day, just to say how they compare
The professionals at the Ritz Carlton were fabulous, particularly the concierge service which we used extensively. it was necessary for us to return to the United States earlier than expected and they helped us cancel future hotel reservations and coordinate with the airlines. The hotel itself is beautiful – – the traditional Ritz Carlton interior design. Osaka is a great base to use to visit other nearby cities.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. All for family holidays. If you are Bonvoy member, you will be disappointed because they don’t give any special member greetings like other Bonvoy hotels. Maybe it’s a Japan thing because it was the same at the Osaka Courtyard. No room upgrades either. With that said, the hotel is very lovely especially during the Christmas season. The rooms are beautiful and classic. Breakfast delicious. Had to request things a few times to get it done like car rentals and arranging luggage’s. Which is really not good considering they charge for extra services. The rooms are not very sound proof. Very noisy when the next room is having a party.
