The room is a bit small. When we came to our room at first day. We found there is a rag on the shower curtains in the bathroom. The service is good. All staff are very kind. I'll choose this hotel in my next trip at Osaka.

The hotel is very close to the metro station as well as those famous shopping streets, you can always drop off your stuffs and head out for another shopping. Downstairs is a 7-11with tax-refund service. And right opposite to the hotel is a Chinese restaurant. Moreover, a lot of choices of convenience store and restaurants around the corner. Within five... I have stayed in this hotel third times because of the good location. 2 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Service is great and with free breakfast. Their healthy breakfast is really fresh for the day start which is recommended. Room size is normal in Japan which is acceptable. I highly recommend this hotel for reasonable price visit to Osaka.

Great value, high quality hotel; room was very smart and clean, and very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and let us keep our bags there before check-in and after we had checked-out. Breakfast was a buffet, with a wide selection of bread, plus sausages, salad, and good coffee. Location is convenient, being very close to Shinsaibashi underground... More

It is just located at the heart of the district. Very convenient for shopping. However, the room is really too small. We just did not have much space to place our luggage and relax. With its low price, it is still worth it.

“For non-smokers who are sensitive to cigarette smell, best to choose a non-smoking room. With the bed, a small writing/dressing table and chair, the room does not have much space and only allow one person to walk through, big baggage will have a storage problem.”
