I stayed one night at this hotel, the location is great, very close to JR and metro stations. The room was almost clean but very small. Perfect air conditioning and refrigerator. Staff are kind and helpful. They agreed to keep my luggage after check out, so I had a chance to visit Nara. The private lavatory is inside the room,... More

Didn't realise that shin imamiya is actually a very dodgy part of town. The hotel itself was very dirty, the kind of standard you'd expect from a budget hotel in a third world country. Lots of homeless people sleeping across the road. At least the vending machines were half the price of the ones in town.

Clean rooms and superb location. Probably less than 50 steps from the exit of the station! This area is generally very close by to the city and walking distance (less than 200m) to the nearest mega shopping center

I have stayed in many of the budget hotels in Shin-Imamiya. This is the best by far. I booked 7 nights online, and check-in was a breeze, even at midnight coming off the train from Kansai Airport. Late check-in is not easy at some of the other hotels. This one has great wi-fi. Showers are free, which is a big... More

Pros: 1. Very near to Shin Imamiya Station. Great if you are arriving late from Kansai Airport and want to minimise the time traveling to hotel. 2. Extremely cheap capsule room, which is actually a private single room with a capsule bed. It is possible to book even a day before check in. Great if you are looking for a... More

I stayed just 1 night in Twin Standard Western Style Room with Shower and toilet (maybe Room No. 821). The room is quite small. If you have one more big luggage, it'll be inconvenience. Towel, Shampoo and Soap are provided in the room but hair dryer is outside. It's very easy to walk to JR and Nankai Station, just 3... More

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The location is very close to Shin Imamiya Station, just 50m. Room was not clean, no towel, no toilet paper in the room. I need to go and ask from reception. Pantry was dirty. Toilet was smelly, bed cover full of stain and there are hairs on the bed, I believe they... More

Had a night here at 2015. affordable, for as low as 2100 JPY per night at low season. Near Shin Imamiya station and can be directly reached by Special Rapit train from Kansai International Airport and about 15 minutes walking distance from subway station too. I had a capsule room which really not like a capsule room because we get... More

I didn’t expect a star hotel in Japan could be so appalling. The average reviews of the hotel were too good to be true: 1. Facilities are substandard, no shower curtain, desk lamp, hand towel, etc. 2. Cleanliness: lots of dust and hair on the floor 3. Service: no smile on face, no daily cleaning of room 4. The neighbourhood:... More
