It's my 2nd time to stay with this hotel, for 4N this time. it costed me are US$120 per night but the stay with them were joyful and relaxing. not so close to stations but has the excellent spa bath at the top...actually to close to many small and good restaurants...located in the business district area...good for business travelers...taxi from Shin Osaka station is about JPY 2500

It was great. The hotel was located in a good place. I was there because the tour guide picked this hotel. I actually liked her choice. 7-Eleven is right next to it. Dotonbori was cab-accessible.

This hotel looks quite extravagant from the outside and the spacious lobby. Lots of white and light colors made for a relaxing time. Our room had a great view of the buildings, highway, and river. I didn't understand why all the reviews were complaining about the location. It's not a secret, you can google where it is. It is about 15m walking distance from the castle. My disappointment was: Minuscule old looking rooms, very tight for 2 pax, you don't even have room to put the luggage. The Bathroom looks like it got suck in... More

This is a nice hotel, The rooms are clean, everything just happens, all went well. The breakfast buffet was nice. The views were nice. I would recommend it. Plus there is a 'Family Mart' just across the road so you can get all you want and store in the bigger than many fridges.

You have a curfew of 1am if you stay here, that's strange. Also, the buffet dinner isn't really a buffet and you can use both restaurants which means walking across both floors with your food, which wasn't good anyway. The staff were really friendly and service was good. The bar on the top floor only sells beer, wine and sake... More

Great hotel, very nice breakfast. Don't take the (boiled) eggs though, there are raw. as it says on the card, which I didn't read. They are for the Japanese breakfast. Very nice hotel, very nice rooms. Pity I couldn't use the onsen because I didn't have time.

I stayed in a standard single room, but there was plenty of space for my luggage and the bed was not too small. The bathroom was very clean and a pleasure to use. Surprisingly prices of food in the restaurant within the hotel is still way cheaper than those in Namba and Uemeda and the food is delicious too! There's a convenient store (Family Mart) just outside the hotel if you want something simple or forgot to bring along some stuff with you on your travel.
