We were "warned" prior to going to Japan, that rooms would be small - but being forced to play tetris with our suitcases in order to get dressed wasn't expected (with two suitcases and two handluggage, only one suitcase could be opened at a time), especially not at that price(!). We actually went down to the reception to ask for... More

Stayed here in early 2015 for 4 nights. The hotel is situated right near a subway station which is great. The room was very small, I have never seen such a small bathtub and I am not sure who would actually want to use it unless you were a child. The bed was very hard and this was the only... More

Excellent Location close to subway and shopping, clean except the room is really small n there is no comfortable chair to sit n watch TV. Staff are generally very friendly and extremely helpful. Further there are a lot of small but good restaurants around the hotel

Our rooms were very very small. Visiting from Europe we had quite a lot of luggage and had to be creative finding somewhere to put it. Why didn't they put some shelves over the desk for instance? There was a small wardrobe, but not suitable for even a cabin size bag. Apart from this the room was very clean with... More

The lobby is filled with Chinese and Korean tourists and the room is filled with extreme right wing propaganda. Very anti USA, Chinese and Korean literature placed in rooms. Not fun reading... I came here to relax after a hard day working and don't want some right wing wacko's views in my room.

APA Hotel Osaka is located very conveniently just opposite to subway station. The hotel is quite popular with a long queue waiting for check in on the day we arrived at night and also on the departure day ard 230pm. there are both business travellers and also tourists. The bed is good and not too soft. Restaurant offers Japanese breakfast... More

This may be a good hotel for Japanese businessmen, but is unsuitable for Western couples. The rooms are very small even for Japanese hotels and the "semi-double" bed was not much bigger than a normal single bed. To make matters worse, the air-conditioning could only be operated on heating or fan cycle and the room temperature made it impossible to... More

This hotel is very expensive when you think that you spending more than USD 250 per night. Rooms are too small, you barely stand in it with your luggage. Breakfast is Ok. One good thing is that it is easily accessible by trains.

This hotel is really convenient if you intend to use the subway a lot, which I did during my stay. The subway entrance/exit is just steps away from the hotel door. You do have to change line if you're coming from or going to Shin-Osaka for the bullet train. The room was tiny but I was staying alone, so it... More

We have booked this hotel since most of the hotels were already booked or their price were very expensive. The only advantage for this hotel is the direct subway access . The rooms are very old decoration and very small (even compared to Japan standard). The staff isn't helpful and the bed was the worst bed ever... it was better... More
