We have limited Japanese but the staff are so friendly and helpful. We were warned the rooms are small, and it was a shock to see how compact these rooms really are. It was a bit of a walk from the train. We didn't really leave the train station, but the station is huge! We only just arrived in the...

To make it short and direct, I enjoyed it! Even though to European standards it's kind of weird. Rooms are so tiny, once you pushed your piece of luggage inside, it's becoming difficult to move in! But it's clean, nice attentions with a kimono awaiting you and some origami flowers, and it's still functional. Bathroom is 100% plastic and probably...

Of the 6 hotels we stayed at during our travelling in Japan, this was the smallest room and most uncomfortable bed we stayed in. It was also the most expensive at $149 a night. Not Worth it. We would definitely not stay here again and probably not in the APA hotel chain if we visit Japan again. WiFi is available...

This hotel is very good and is clinically clean. Staff are friendly. The mattress was very firm which I don't like. Remember to ask for extra pillows in the reception and they will give you big, fluffy ones. We did not try the food.

Small, poorly furnished, noisy. Walk through a wall of smokers to get to the entrance. Terrible beds. Laundry is one machine in the onsen room. Surely there is better value elsewhere for this price. I would not stay here again. Also, too hot!!!

Check-in not before 3pm no exceptions! Maybe that is a Japanese thing, but I found to less flexibility for travelers that arrive early. At three o'clock the what a wonder a queue of 40 people who wanted to check in. However rooms are relatively small even for Japanese standards but for a few days sufficient to put your stuff. Bed...

I will start with the good : location is awesome, just right at the exit of higobashi station Main reason for this rating is the size of the room. I had travel to Japan last year so i knw the average room size, this hotel small bedroom is no joke. Practically cant open a 24'' luggage. Good for business traveller...

The other reviews are pretty spot about the room being small but this is the same scale as compared to the other APA hotels here in Japan. The room is clean, bed is comfy (not sure what other reviewers are talking about, unless I was lucky with the room), and the air conditioning was able to be adjusted (hotter or...

I stayed here with my 6 year old daughter. 2 minutes to the tube and everything easily accessible. Lovely and clean but like most hotel rooms In Japan a little on the small side. Would stay again. 7-11 across from the hotel which was really handy.
