On the plus side, the hotel is very convenient for Umeda and Osaka stations. Lobby looks ok, but the rest of the hotel is very shabby and run down. Our room had taken a beating - damaged furnishings and bathroom door, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are washing machines and free PC use on the...

The place is average and not bad. It is reasonable priced but no extra bells and whistles other than breakfast which was fine. If you want something ok for the price then here is good. The location is also good to get to places around the city.

Basic, okay comfortable, convenient hotel. Do you research and know what to expect. It is a good budget place in Osaka, unless you prefer capsule hotels with that small budget in your pocket. 10 min close to Osaka station, umeda station and everything if you know how to navigate in Osaka. The closest station is higashi umeda, 5 min. If...

It is a basic budget hotel around 20 mins walk from Osaka JR Station. Basic amenities with small beds, not recommended for 2 people stay. Perfect for stubble backpack traveller. Doesn't have Japanese style toilets.

Booked thru' Hotels.com this hotel and upon arrival, both the counter staff (a young lady then a senior man) couldn't find our booking even with the confirmation number! No further help offered, I made few suggestions: - we pay for another room to settle the night, they claimed no room; - they helped us call Hotels.com to clarify, they rejected...

(+) The property is close to the main Osaka train station, it has a laundry facility which was very useful. (-) The rooms are a little rundown, decor and structure is a little outdated. The hotel also might want to tighten its security and how it tracks hotel guests, there was a stranger who lingered in the laundry room asking...

This is a cheap hotel not far from Osaka's main train station, we walked from there in ten to fifteen min. The room was basic with old fittings but clean. The free wifi worked well. Staff were reserved but helpful, the night staff speak good English as they are from somewhere in the Indian subcontinent. There is free coffee in...

I really disliked this hotel. The staff were wooden and unapproachable. My room was tiny and despite being a non smoking room, I was still getting the wafts from the smokers placed in rooms next to me. Given the size of this hotel I'm not sure why they don't segregate smoking and non smoking rooms. I asked for an extra...

The business hotel is nearby Umeda station. Its easy to access via the underground shopping street (Whity Umeda) North Mall 2 exit, from here to reach the hotel in less than 10 min. Although there is red light district along the way leading to the hotel, but as tourists we were never been disturbed. There are plenty of restaurants &...
