location to metro and station is great... last time got interview appointment with US embassy, since its really early morning so need to be near as possible.. easy to find food also, many restaurants with affordable price... since the room for smoking (actually I don't smoke)... the smell really strong... I didn't get the non-smoking room... but still no problem....

Walking distance from Osaka and Umeda train Station. Small room but comfortable and clean. Staff speak basic english but very helpful. All you need for a short stay... A close arcade for shopping and restaurants is a bonus!

Small room but comfortable and clean. Near the main train station, pretty convenient location near cool restaurants & bars. Don't try their breakfast... It's not worth the price and average food. The staff is friendly and they speak English. Very good price, you get what you are paying for.

My flight was delay over night so this was a place that I had to stay overnight waiting for tomorrow early flight. However, it turned out to be the best stuck over I had ever. A few minutes walking to Osaka station, many shops and restaurant, very convenient. My room was on the top floor. I can see Osaka station...

We stayed for 5 nights in at double compact room. The hotel has a good location, especially if you need to travel around Osaka. It's 10 min walk to Osaka station and 2 min walk to nearest subway station. Real problem was to find the hotel when we arrived at Osaka station, cause there are lots of exits and crossroads....

A short walk to Osaka & Umeda train stations, a few doors away from a subway station, efficient and courteous english speaking staff, clean rooms - very small and cramped though, good inhouse italian breakfast, good food in a long strip of restaurants behind the hotel.

This hotel was the worst hotel I stayed at in Japan. I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke and we requested a non smoking room when we booked our accommodation. I still ended up in the smoking section of the hotel. I did complain to reception and I do give them credit for for moving us to another room. However...

This hotels rents one-bed rooms with two crammed in. On top of there are severe noiseleaks to the hallways and between some rooms. Good wifi but paid? internet at reception. But location is cool. Close to large station, subway and good food.

This hotel is so close to Umeda station, a train ride away from the airport. Yes it is small, I think even by Japan standards but it has the basic necessities such as a comfortable bed, clean toilet with toiletries & towel, TONS of adaptor, and free buffet breakfast.

If you arrive at Osaka by JR, follow the direction to East Umeda subway, find exit 7(H82) in front of Coffret Umeda, take the elevator to the street level (Mido-suji East side). OS Hotel is 20 meters to your left. I have illustrated the route with photos here. There are many other exits nearby but you will have to climb...
