we went with two kids, and mostly stayed in the swimming pool area. They have other On-sen which my wife tried (and I didn't). I certainly hope to try them next time. The place is clean and the staffs are friendly. But it's a bit crowded (since we went there during the summer)

Caught multiple trains across Osaka to visit here only to arrive and discover that the family pool was closed. There is no indication on their website that this facility was closed and so the trip was a waste of time.Worse, they have vending machines for all day passes which I almost purchased, luckily I decided to check at the desk...

Big spa, really comfortable, well indicated in English. Clean, and you can spend half day visiting it. You can even eat in some of the restaurants. Different types of Saunas + outside jacuzzis. To repeat.

Just to be clear this is a review of only the 8th floor - the unisex pools. Unfortunately the place is quite run down with rusting slides and warped stairs. Despite paying to enter, you have to pay for each turn on a slide. We came because we thought we'd have a "panoramic view" from the rooftop pool but you...

When come to Japan, after a crowded and excellent Day , you may try Onsen to detox and relax. Here 1200Yens / person is normal price. Men and Women are on different floors (Onsen = naked bath) but can meet on 8F at swimming pool (put your swimwear before) or on 2nd or 3rd floor to eat and drink ....

My first experience in an onsen. I went there around 6:30am in the morning to avoid crowd and on a weekday (and maybe to embarrass myself a little less). I enter the place and was a little puzzled what was I to do first coz there were little to no-one around. Finally found a vending machine on the right side...

Not the most clean of places, but the facilities are great. Even as a couple we had plenty of time together, and could use the pool, slides and outdoor rooftop on onsen. Massage left some things to be desired. Don't be put off on initial enquiries with limited english, it is a simple layout and a little bit of research...

I've been to many Onsen in Japan. Each of them has its own characteristics. Here is very typical. It's foreigner-friendly. There are signs to inform you how to use the Onsen properly. If you don't know, there might be some Japanese guiding you. The staffs are very active and there are many machines available. You could use your wristband as...

We visited this hotel for a day. We found the food to be good, not great. The room was a decent size for Japan and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were on the firm size but the room was very quiet. They have some refurbishing to do as the furniture is old and outdated including the broken couch...

First time in an onsen - I loved it! Took me half an hour to get used to being naked in front of a bunch of strangers. Pros: actual price was lower than what was advertised on the website (I unfortunately cannot remember!), restaurants, reclining chairs to lounge in, outdoor onsen, salt sauna, normal sauna, good quality shampoo/conditioner/soap, hairdryers and...
