This hotelis situated very close to the Osaka shin railway station , its very good for people travelling around Japan with shinkansen trains. The rooms are very very large by kjapanese standards and clean and quiet on a side street. The breakfast is a bit lame... you can choose between a set japanese or set western breakfast.

You might want to check out this hotel for a clean and quiet room yet close enough to Shin-Osaka station to catch your Shinkansen. Pleasant staff. Room with just the amount of amenities you need plus a choice of western and Japanese breakfast. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets to get your daily necessities or just hang out. English language is... More

You will find this hotel almost right by the East exit gate of the Shin-Osaka station. When you walk towards the hotel please make sure you follow the sign for the "Annex" hotel since the main Station hotel is instead located by the railway tracks while the Annex in a quiet street away from the tracks. Upon check-in we had... More

5 - 10 mins walk from JR Shin-Osaka Station, biggest interchange station. Take south exit to get access to lift and walk to hotel or center exit to walk across the bridge. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and can speak English. Room size are normal as usaul Japan hotel. Pillow quite flat. A lot of vending machines near by hotel, including... More

Great staff and location. We were very lucky to have found this location when our plane was redirected from Narita and we were stuck in Osaka having missed the last train. Yes, the rooms are small and the mattresses may be firmer than you're used to but the service and attention are great. The staff went out of their way... More

We stayed in Shin-Osaka Station Hotel Annex for 2 nights in April 2016. The hotel was easy to find along the main road opposite Shin-Osaka Station. The hotel was very convenience to connect to JR or subway or connect to Osaka station. Breakfast was OK even only 2 choices to choose, either Japanese or Sandwich. Choose Japanese, it was better... We had a quick one night stay here and it was brilliant. The annex is in a building seperate to the reception but I think it would actually be better to stay here than in the main building as the trains run right in front and would be very noisy through the night. Our room was very spacious, quiet and... More

I stayed here with my family last week (April 2016) during a short trip to Osaka. The hotel is near Shin Osaka station, about 5 minutes walk from East exit. Bear in mind that this is Shin Osaka station, not Osaka station. Shin Osaka is the station for Shinkansen bullet train. So if you're traveling with Shinkansen train and need... More

We were in a standard semi-double room with attached shower and bath. Non-smoking seems to be standard at most hotels now, which is very nice. We had a Japanese style breakfast included. Our room was on the 3rd floor and while it looked out over the tracks below, the window was not only dual-paned but there was a double window... More

Quick 5 minute walk from station, comfortable room for 3 people. Modern facilities. Restaurants and alcohol vending machines close by. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for good priced accommodation. Note this is not near Kansai International airport approximately 45 minute train trip. It is actually near Osaka airport.

“when looking for the hotel, exit on the EAST GATEof the train station complex, cross the road and follow the pedestrian path along the railways. Walk for about two blocks and take note of the signage once you reach the Y-shaped road. Once you get here, get off the pedestrian path and follow the road beside it. do not turn left other wise you will reach the main hotel”
