My wife, son, and I spent 4 nights, December 3-7, at this hotel. The service is excellent. They sent you to the elevator bowing low until closing of the door. They were willing to assist you according to your need. We made a request for a food heating service and we got our food heated in the microwave oven in...

Newly opened so rooms have been refurbished this year (was the old Lafort) Good service and much better value than the other large brand hotel in central Osaka. Not much of a view, but the convenience makes up for it with a 2min walk to Shin Osaka station.

From the station to the hotel is via an uncovered walkway parallel to the expressway. Stayed on level 6 on the railway side, but didn't notice any noise and slept well. Staff were all very friendly and most spoke English. Room was compact yet comfortable. Breakfast buffet was okay, but for the price I expected more variety. The teppanyaki restaurant...

We were using a 5-day Kansai Wide Area Pass to travel around the region, including taking the Shinkansen to Okayama and JR Rail to Kinosaki and Nara. We chose to base ourselves in Shin-Osaka and this hotel is very convenient for our travel needs. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the hotel after exiting the Shinkansen/JR gates. There...

We stayed for two nights with my son and I on the ninth floor and my wife and daughter on the tenth floor. As we requested a room on the opposite side of the train tracks, there was no noise from the trains or the highway. Shin-Osaka station literally right across the street, so great access to both Osaka and...

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and would love to come back! Situated conveniently next door to Shin-Osaka Station, one of the biggest stations in Osaka which has access to the Shinkansen, JR lines, the Midosuji Line (arguably the most popular subway route in Osaka) and buses (sadly, airport limousine only has a very limited timetable here but the JR Limited...

We had stayed 2-3 weeks ago for 5days in this hotel. Location is perfect, just above the Osaka station and foodie place. Greeted by a lovely receptionist that is very pleasant in assisting our booking that initially was not found. We were upgraded to the executive lounge and was given a comp breakfast. I guess that have made a mistake...

Stay here for a night as we are departing for the airport the following day after returning from Arashiyama. It is very conveniently located next to the Shinosaka station. We put our luggage before departing for Arashiyama. When we check in, the bags are already in the rooms waiting for us. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bed...
