Very rude an unhelpful staff. Some of them do not speak english when you ask a question but seem to have a large vocabulary when it comes to explaining that you need to clear the dishes in the breakfast restaurant and that they will not store the luggage for you even though some local guests did leave their suitcases at... This hotel is centrally located in between 2 subway stations the Namba and Sennichmae station. The location is really good and there are lots of eateries near the hotel . You find ramen stalls and a big shop selling Monaka sweets, turn into that lane and you will find the Business Inn Sennichimae. However the entrance is rather small so... More

The location was great once found. It was close to exit B26 from the Namba Walk underground shopping area. Because of the low cost, I used it as my base for other trips and even stayed in Tokyo one night while keeping my hotel room in Osaka. Breakfast was boring with bread, hardboiled egg, and a small slice of banana,... More

The hotel was a little hard to find for us but it was very close to the station and easy to get there from Kansai airport. The rooms were small but comfortable. It was quiet despite being so close to all the restaurants and shops! Everything was pretty clean. We didn't get breakfast because there were so many restaurants nearby.... More

I stayed there with my family (3 persons) for one night on 01Jan16. Location is really convenient. You can go there from Kansai airport to Namba station by Nankai Railway just need 43 minutes. Besides that most restaurants nearby open 24hours. The room size is big enough for 3 adults. Room is clean and tidy. The only thing I don't... More

This is a budget friendly place to stay while being in an excellent location to enjoy Dotonbori, local shopping and food market. The room is standard Japan size small. But the bed is comfy the bathroom is fully equipped. Everything is clean. And there is a mini bar fridge to keep drinks and snacks which can be handy. Don't expect... More

Great location. Our twin room was extremely small, you have just enough room between the two small beds to get up on your feet. We have stayed at many small business hotels, this room is definitely the smallest. We were on the 6th floor, wi-fi did not work, as confirmed by staff. We were able to use it in the... More

If you want to stay in the Dotonbori area, this hotel is one of the budget-friendly ones. The rooms are clean and average in size. The bed is comfy. There's hot water, shower, toilet and bathtub in the ensuite bathroom. Wifi is pretty fast. It is kinda difficult to find. Best to take the B26 exit if you're coming from... More

Before we booked this hotel, we read so much negative reviews about the staff. We were surprised that, not only the staff are efficient, they are very helpful and accommodating too. Some speaks very clear English. We arrived just before 1am to check-in and main door closes at 2am sharp for safety reason. Please be informed, the main door will... More

I love the location of the hotel. But I don't like the smoking smell in the room even I made a request for non-smoking room. There are many restaurants around the hotel. And also Bars !! If you like to enjoy your night life here. This hotel will be in your first choice !!
